  The customer service at both this Branch as well as the Spanish springs location is gone down dramatically. Procedures are never the same between any of the tellers, they are very inconsistent and don't seem very well trained. Well you may be able to do one thing at another Branch one way you are forced to do it another way at another branch, or are even told that something isn't possible to do when it is something I have done frequently. -EDITED Have to give credit where credit is due. Changing the rating from 1 to 3 stars as my experience here has improved. I have not experienced any of the issues that I listed previously. Will change to a 5 star after a few more successful visits.

  Through out the years that I have been with United Federal Credit Union they always seem to go the extra mile just when I need it. I just recently bought a new home and the day of the title company signing they made a mistake and I needed to transfer some money to an escrow account before closing. went to my local branch were they got right on it and In no time it was all done! Thanks United Federal Credit Union I'm a customer for life!

  Started a new account with United Federal. And they are off to a great start. The customer service here has been excellent. I would recommend this branch to anyone who is looking to get away from typical big names banks.

  Fantastic Credit Union! We started with a small car loan years ago and since have completely moved our banking to UFCU. This particular facility is full of professional/knowledgeable people that are truly interested in helping you. I know most of the people in there by name now and they are all great people.

  Stefan Dammen is an outstanding employee. He has been so friendly and helpful to us. We are 50-year members of the credit union and are so impressed with his service to us.

  The representatives at this location make customers feel comfortable, I have multiple vehicles and home financed through them, no hassle, competitive rates. I couldn't be more happy with their way of doing business.

  ATM NEVER works for cash deposits. I have to use the atm bc I bank with CDC credit union in Atlanta and I’m allowed atm services as a courtesy. However it never works! The ladies inside have said for months a repair ticket has been requested and it’s always the same answer “should be fixed in a wk” but it’s never fixed
