  I have been a BofA customer for over 10 years and this is the worst service of any financial services company. Avoid at all costs.

  I have been a customer for over 20 years. You just lost one personal and four business accounts. Your customer service is deplorable and the training that you provide your phone staff is completely rehearsed, robotic and condescending. Bank of America has become a complete joke!!!!!!

  I'm paying my monthly rental from Bank of America to another Bank of America. I put my card and verfied my identity and account. Teller asked for my driver license and was stairing at my driver licence and the screen for few minutes. I asked why she needs my driver license? Her response, drum roll please: you have been picked by the system randomly like TSA at the airport!!

  HORRIBLE Service! There is a different person at this branch every time I go. It seems to be a training center of sorts as they never have any idea what they are doing. The teller is hidden way in the back of the bank around the corner where you can't see it. BofA made a typo in my account name and despite hours of my time can not fix it. Steer far away!

  Terrible service. It is 5:00 pm. I just watched a guy walk into the bank 5 steps ahead of me. I went to open the door, and it is locked. They’re standing inside the door, looking at me like it is nothing. This is what happens when you get too big. No customer service. No sense of community. 31 years at this bank and I am finished.

  Always a line- usually only one teller. ATM can only read 10 checks, and misreads many. Do not answer calls and no call recorder.

  This branch would be negative 5 if I could. Terrible customer service, employees clearly do NOT want to be there. Long lines with 1 person working (as slow as humanly possible). ALL were frustrating, disappointing and just horrible experiences.
