  My wife and I were so glad we chose Hunter’s team for our first home purchase! Hunter, Erica, and Michelle were always happy to answer questions, explained exactly what was needed from us through every step, and took plenty of time and care to make sure we were making the best choices for our situation. When we had limited time to make an offer on a house, Team Hunter was determined and communicated with our agent to quickly make our winning offer.   Hunter and the team at RPM were terrific. The home buying process can be extremely stressful, but the RPM team made it as smooth and enjoyable process as possible. They explained everything clearly, responded to our questions thoroughly and timely, and kept us well informed along the way to completion. This is our second home purchased through Alamo-RPM and both times were top notch.

  I have used Hunter and team at RPM for both purchasing my home and again for refinancing it. I absolutely love working with everyone on the team. They are patient and willing to talk through all of my questions (which often can be a lot). There is always so much paper work involved in these processes, and Hunter and team always want to take the time and help me understand everything I'm signing. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for help finding a mortgage.

  we had a fantastic experience with Hunter and his team- we were referred to them by our agent and from our first contact with them Erika, Hunter and everyone we worked with at the RPM office helped walk us through the ins and outs of a mortgage. as first time home owners there are a lot of things we didn't understand or needed additional help understanding and they were fast and available in helping make sure the whole experience was clear and as uncomplicated as mortgages can be :) they have really great tools and technology to help make the downpayment/closing cost/mortgage options really interactive and digestible. and they really understand the nuances and complexities of buying in norther California and the bay area which are difficult to navigate. we'd recommend them to anyone!

  Hunter, Erica, and the entire RPM team were absolutely instrumental in helping our family win our dream home in a crazy competitive market! Through their diligence efforts in the pre-approval process, we were able to offer speed to close and certainty that was a difference maker for sellers and selling agent! Cannot recommend RPM more highly to anyone looking for a lending partner in Contra Costa county. Purchasing a new home is stressful as it is - do yourself a favor and go with a trusted partner to take some of the burden off.

  Hunter and his team did an excellent job in getting my home loan funded in 25 days! I was in constant contact with Michelle throughout the process and she was very quick to respond with any questions and concerns that came up. They worked on getting me the best loan possible in this constantly changing bay area real estate market. I feel confident that I made the best choice using RPM Mortgage for my home loan! UPDATE: Just completed a refinance with Team Hunter! Nobody could predict the changes to our economy due to the covid-19 crisis, but Erica was on top of it, gave me a call and we went over the benefits of refinancing down another quarter percent on my interest rate from last November. Michelle was stellar with collecting information and keeping me updated daily throughout the process.
