  We were referred to Kevin Kennedy and it was a great experience to work w/ RPM. He even referred our realtor as well. Having that prior relationship it made the entire process that much faster/easier. Also, a close friend had used them to purchase their first home coincidently. This made it easy for us to choose RPM. As first time home buyers w/ zero info on how to go about getting a loan or even buying a home, we felt like we had all the info to proceed forward. Their online portal made it easy to consolidate all the paperwork (a lot) needed in a neat an organized manner. They have an app that displayed our progress and any updates throughout the process. Nice thing is they promised a 25 day close and it really only took 21 days during COVID-19. Kevin was also in touch w/ our sellers to assure that everything was fine. Also, Kevin's colleague Amanda Xavier was prompt w/ any updates and items that needed to be answered on our end. I would recommend Kevin and RPM to others. I would even use them for our next home purchase (hopefully in a few years) when we need to upgrade.

  I have nothing but good things to say about RPM Mortgage, Kevin and his team. They were above and beyond professional, kind, friendly, and helpful. They were the only company I could find that could meet my short escrow timeline. Their loan application process was painless and far superior to any I've seen. It told me exactly what it needed and allowed me to upload directly to the site - no faxing, emailing or postal mailing necessary! Kevin and his team responded promptly to any question I had, even going so far as to assist me in getting answers that were not technically their responsibility. Kevin got me a good mortgage rate, competitive to the larger companies. Highly recommended!

  My husband and I were first time homebuyers, and we literally had NO idea about how to go about the process. Friends of ours recommended Kevin and RPM to us, and we were not disappointed. Working with Kevin, Justine, and the whole RPM team was not only easy, it wasn't stressful. Again, not knowing how to even start and trying to get a house in the East Bay meant we needed all the help we could get. They were incredibly knowledgeable and checked in every week, even if we didn't have any paperwork due. Weekly check ins were a great source of reassurance that we weren't being forgotten and that everything was going to plan. Their customer service is the best. They answered all of our questions, and believe me, we had A LOT! I can't say enough nice things about RPM, and I'd recommend them to anyone wanting an easy, close-knit, and personal experience.   The entire Kennedy team was amazing! I found a house faster than anticipated and had to turn around things very quickly. They were ready to do whatever was necessary to secure the loan and meet all deadlines. They communicated clearly with me what the process entailed and what was expected of me. I never had to chase them down for anything since they were proactive with it all! They made my experience very stress free and enjoyable. I would highly highly recommend them to my family & close friends!

  Kevin, Amanda, and RPM put a major focus on customer success and differentiation from other lenders. The team was incredibly responsive and informative throughout the entire lending process, made it easy to provide necessary documentation through a modern online tool, worked in tandem with our realtor, and made personal calls to the other party's realtor during our offer process to strengthen our position. We have done 4 transactions with RPM and all have closed either on time or early. Their expedited escrow timeline even helped us win our last house in a wild market.

  We were referred to Kevin at RPM while looking to buy our first home. When I say 'referred', I mean we were told "Go see Kevin. There's no where else to even consider." and I'm so glad we did! Kevin, Justine and the whole team were so welcoming, efficient, dedicated, and most importantly, didn't make us feel dumb for asking the same questions over and over. 😂 They really walked us through the whole process and answered questions we didn't even know to ask. In such a competitive market, I fully believe that Kevin's personal call to the agent of the house we wanted helped us get our dream home. Seriously, don't waste your time with anyone else!
