  This branch gets very busy....that is when it's open. BofA, we need you to open your branches. I am a business and have to do daily deposits. I would rate you higher, but almost all your branches are closed. BAD!!!!! We bailed out the banks and now you don't care about your customers!!!!!

  Poor Customer Service. Bank of America is proving that they wanna do away with the Bank teller’s I was in line over 20 minutes to try and cash a check while the useless greater was trying to get me and others to use the ATM instead. I suggested to this person to go back behind the counter and help out the poor 2 tellers that were overwhelmed and trying there best but greeted but frustrated customers by the lack of Customer Service from Bank of America's new strategy of trying to eliminate the personal teller.

  Constantly closed went to reduce the hours like many other Bank of America‘s definitely no longer the bank to go to or do business with anymore

  opens soon my a--! this location has been closed during their regular business hours for over a week. i need coins and change for my business and losing patience. about to take my biz to citibank

  BA is cutting hours in some of its locations. This location has a drive thru, but the machine is picky with checks and won't accept check with slight crease. Same check was accepted by the ATM inside though.

  I wish I can rate this place a 0 but unfortunately google hasn’t allowed me to give a 0 so I’ll give a 1 star. Management was very rude and had me wait over 1 hr to make a simple withdrawal.. honestly I think because of the amount and being black I was stereotyped. Never again will I return to this location! Worst branch around

  Horrible customer service!!! ALLWAYS that I went to this bank they said to me call them and solve the problems online, and I told them that my english is not very good to talk in the phone but they still not give me any support.

  Horrible customer service. Walked in to get new debit card and was a free agent tried to talk with him but he roundly pointed towards the lobby telling me I have to wait there!! No one was in line and he wasn't on phone nor anyone with him!!! Waited 25min before someone came and saw me. He wasn't busy at all!! And it only took 8min to get new card. If he only took the time to do his job and provide decent customer service I would not have written this review.

  The slowest bank I have ever seen...even if you have appointment, you will wait for hour to finish 5-7 min of work...only one person (I don't want to write is name here) know how to do wire transfer and he don't know how to take care customer.. other representative know how to do but they don't have access.. multiple people are waiting for wire transfer and the guy who know how to do is working totally non related work which other representative can also do and they are free to take them..i really want to do Zero start but no option. . I will never go this branch again..please close this branch...

  I walked into the branch today and recieved awesome service from Frank and Alicia.. I returned later in the afternoon and was helped promptly. I was welcomed by more than one employee but something that left a lasting impression was the fact that Alicia greeted me by name! Great job B of A!
