  It just took so long, did not take one to two days it took a week or so, emailing paperwork back and forth and when you call no one's answering. But for emergencies it's okay. I'm going to pay it off real quick.

  Do not take a loan from any of these places . I took out a loan where im paying 350 dollars interest a payment!!!!! If you take a loan here it will take forever and ever and ever to pay it off. Figure out another way dont borrow money from One Main Financial it will be the worst mistake you will do in your life!! It’s a TRAP house!!! If you have issues making payments they will convince you to take more money and put you higher interest rate and longer terms !! Beware!!

  Excellence with Right People I just want to say that my experience with OneMain Financial was very professional. I had my doubts because of the “reviews” I read. Initially, I’m the type of consumer that reads reviews of not just one place but many and just to say the least this place was the very opposite which was excellent! I just know if I’m going to do loan or future loans I’ll have Jermaine B. handle the process. He explained the whole arrangement without me feeling unclear or unsure. Perfect for someone who very analytical like myself when it comes to “numbers”. Experience true customer service when you ask for Jermaine at this office. I will always go to this branch because his customer service. 10 stars out of 5

  I'll start with the good. Its easy applying online and the first application said I was approved for a consolidated bill loan!! which I got excited about because I thought finally I can get help on getting rid of the 1 thing that's bad on my credit report. The rep called quickly and was Kind of pushy when it came to getting the rest of my information to go ahead and finish the process. Throughout the conversation The rep kept saying that I was approved not "pre-approved" or pending approval, So in my head I still thought it was good. Then it got to the point of putting in my documents such as billing proof , pay stubs, ID, etc... Then I get a quick call saying " You did not get the loan, Your pay stub didnt 'Panned out' " no further comments that was that and she hanged up. Well If my pay check "Panned"out then I wouldn't need a loan to pay off things to better my situation. So the bad rating is the making people feel like that are going to receive the help they need and giving mediocre customer service while being supposedly "approved" then just shutting down all together when there is a bump in the road (not helpful)
