  PLEASE make this location better!! There is no rhyme or reason as to when they are opened or closed. When they are closed in the middle of the week, it makes the nearest bank crowded with the overflow of customers. The tellers stand around gossiping and talking about each other instead of conducting real banking business. PLEASE make this location better!!!

  I went in to deposit $90.00 in quarters. The teller handed me back $90.00 in cash. I later checked my account and noticed $900.00 was being withdrawn as a Teller Cash Hold. I talked to the Branch Manager Agnes. She said the teller never ended my transaction and connected the following transaction to mine. Agnes said it was a honest mistake. You have to watch this Branch !!

  Went in to cash a check and deposit it so the whole sum would be made available. The teller proceeds to tell me I should use the ATM and then gives me sass when I tell her I come inside because I like talking to a person. She tells me it won't be made immediately available unless I have funds to cover it, implying I might not? All these before just asking me to swipe my card or if I even have an account there which I did. Anyway, bad experience with her. Go there another day, 9AM on a Saturday, and they have ONE TELLER working! Huge line during prime time and they have one person working... really? Save your time and go to Westfield, better employees, environment, and clientele.

  I have never seen more than one teller at this bank. There is always a long wait. Last time I waited to cash a check and they told me there's not enough money in the bank, probably just to speed up the line.
