  American United mortgage is the most wonderful and professional mortgage company that I’ve ever dealt with!!! My Refinance was a little challenging but Joe was able to get an approval and close in a very timely manner!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone that is purchasing a home or needs a refinance. Joe is a very knowledgeable professional person who really cares about his customers. I mostly work with drill but towards the end I had the pleasure of working with the two very nice women that were also very helpful. !!! Thank you so much Joe for helping me lower my rate and my monthly payment!!!

  I cannot say enough about Joe and his team. From the start of the process they were so responsive, knowledgeable and made you feel confident in the process. They make something that's not easy, 1 of the most simple parts when purchasing a home. Anytime I had a qs., needed some help or just had to vent, Joe was there. He was on his way to Rhode Island for a family vacation and pulled over, just to get me the documents I needed. If that's not A plus service then i don't know what is! I would recommend Amer. United Mortgage to everyone I know...its the only choice when purchasing a home!! They are the BEST!

  Found this mortgage broker randomly thru the website and I couldn't be happier. Joe was so easy to deal with, the nicest guy, and very knowledgeable. He made the process so much easier than dealing with than the big banks. Not only that he got me a much better deal that the banks were not able to match and closed alot quicker than them as well. I'm not sure what more you can ask. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage or to refinance.

  I originally purchased my home in September 2018 and just re-financed with Joe leading the way. Simply put, he made both processes the EASIEST part of the entire ownership process. As soon as I was eligible for a refinance he emailed me to take advantage of the recent rate cuts. Within a month, I was refinanced at virtually no cost. Joe and his office are stand-up, fast acting, no non-sense professionals. I HIGHLY recommend.

  If it wasn’t for Joe having me doing the paperwork when he did , I would not of been in the position to purchase my home. Joe is honest, reliable and works diligently to make sure everything is completed on time and correctly! No hidden fees like some agency’s. I was so happy with my closing I referred Joe to my family and friends who were equally happy!!

  Highly recommended! Exceptional service. Not only was this our first home purchase, we incorporated a construction loan into it as well. We anticipated it to be a stressful if not overwhelming endeavor but Joe and his team couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and patient with us throughout the entire process. Their experience and professionalism with a personal touch helped put as at ease. Six months have passed and construction is complete. We couldn't be happier and American United is already helping us refinance to save money on our payments!
