  Hello World, I do business with Bank of America but this branch seems to always be closed un announced. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant the service is fair but days out the blue a Tuesday I got to the branch several times and they are closed. The ATM has also not worked on many occasions. Management please send curiosity text when your branch is closed to save us a trip and not waste gas. Have a Beautiful blessed day.

  The staff there is extremely rude, asking them to do a notary is like you asked them to give you free money. The teller walks over to the banker and tells her I need a notary. The banker steps out of her cubicle to see who I am, looks me up and down then makes some comment. So the teller comeback and says the form I have can’t be notarized because it doesn’t have a notary box... what????? You’re supposed to notarize all kinds of docs. I don’t need a special box it’s not a legal document. The banker lies to everyone and says the letter you need notarized can not be hand written either ... I’ve been to other banks and they all have said whoever does the notary at that bank does that to all her customers so they come to our bank .. which is the northwest ok Abbott in Lackawanna Train your employees

  worst customer service when it comes to calling BOA they used to be easy to call now to make you wait for ever ask you a million question and then hang up on your face then you call them again and put you on hold forever so you can enjoy the worst customer service ever

  Horrible ...wished they closed this one instead of the Seneca Street one...ATM is always down can't withdraw money ....smells horrible in the hall way..the line from the tellers to the tiny hall way by the ATM .... The ATM is very very very slow
