  Kevin made what can be a painful process of compiling all your paperwork, getting a mortgage, shopping the best rates, understanding the process, being educated on what to expect a seemingly enjoyable experience! He is so knowledgeable, an absolute pleasure to communicate with, always on top of things, extremely quick and reliable resource. I personally suggest Kevin to everyone I know whose in the market for a new mortgage or refinance. He’s already done 2 transactions for me, assisted my brother, neighbors - he’s a star!   As first time buyers, Kevin has been nothing short of amazing in helping us navigate through the mortgage process. We went back and forth across many properties and Kevin was incredibly patient, even when we backed out of many properties. He was very responsive, checked in on us and our search, and was always able to make time for a call to answer any questions we had. We're very grateful that Kevin was our mortgage lender!   Kevin was so helpful throughout my refi process. I was unsure about the process and if I should do it and he made me feel comfortable and took care of everything. I was always in loop with each step of the process and he was able to get me the rate I needed. I really felt comfortable with him handling it and I trusted him to get it done right. Great guy with his clients best interest in mind. I would recommend people use him for their mortgage needs.

  Going into the home buying process for the first time was scary. We had little to no knowledge of anything. Kevin went the extra mile to be available any time or day to answer all our questions and concerns . He was always honest and put OUR best interest first. It was a pleasure every step of the way.   Kevin is an absolute pleasure to work with. Answered every question and concern I had regarding the process. Kevin went out of his way to make me happy with my choices. He was also always available if I needed help.. With his advice and experience I saved a lot of money every month and knocked years off of my mortgage.

  Kevin has handled both a refinancing as well as a new mortgage origination for me and in both instances, he is incredibly responsive, willing to think creatively to meet tight deadlines, and is an incredible advocate for his clients. I cannot recommend him enough!

  I can't emphasize enough how helpful Kevin was with the mortgage process. He patiently explained things to me, sometimes multiple times, and was complete and thorough. The mortgage was the least stressful part of our home buying experience. Thankful for Kevin's undivided attention.
