      Standing in lines that wrap around the outside of the building is beyond ridiculous!!! Is Bank of America aware that businesses are open now??? Why are they closing down numerous branches and cutting hours??? They definitely are not business friendly!!! Merchant windows are closed and their hours of operation don't coincide with those of business owners. I set up an account with Chase and they told me they are getting numerous Bank of America customers coming to them because of the closures and the change in operating hours. It felt good to walk into a bank with no line. All of my other bank accounts are doing business as usual. Why is Bank of America an exception to the rule?????

      Worst service ever! Merchants line is closed. Forcing me to stand outside with 5k+ cash and it is not safe. Asked repeatedly why their covid rules/guidelines don’t align with State/Federal. Relax the rules! Do better! Figure it out. I get in/out of the grocery store faster than this bank.

      Very unorganized and slowest people. The line is all the way around the building but the teller ( only one teller) showing no sing is urgency. Nor does bank who has many people walking around but not helping the one teller… . Just poor banking altogether. Look at the other reviews as well… they could be careless as they are too big corporations

      Maria was my customer service person today. I had a lot of questions about my account. She is knowledgeable. She did not one time have to say let me check in to that. She is nice and patient. She is the customer service person everyone wants to get. I hope if I need to do business in the bank again, I get Maria. Bank of America is lucky to have such a kind and caring employee.       Tuesday 9/7 at 3:45p. Line around the building. 1 teller window open. None of the associates here seem to care about the people standing outside in 100+ degree heat. No sense of urgency to take care of the customers. If all braches were like this, I would stop being a customer of BofA.

      Went in on Friday August 14 2020, with the intention of getting quarters so I can do my laundry- a necessity!! Well, they denied me the ability to have clean clothes and linens for the WORK I perform because I didn't have a business account!! How am I supposed to work in dirty smelly clothes in close proximity to people? This is ridiculously unacceptable! So if you need change, don't expect from THIS bank.

      Monica Gonzales was so rude and unprofessional. Monica has by far the worst customer service I have ever received at a Bank of America. All the employees always look mad. I was trying to make a deposit and she told me that I was missing a peace of information that I had no idea what it was. I ask her why it was and she said I can’t tell you, figure it out. I was in disbelief how disrespectful she was. Then the supervisor lady got involved and said, she told what she needs don’t tell us how to do your job. Monica was laughing at that point. No wonder why this location has 1 star. There horrible here. I need a representative to contact me.

      What's the point of having a "Merchant Line", if you take 10 people before you help the merchants?? Update 11/28/18: Horrible. Just horrible. 28 minutes and still haven't called one merchant. I can't understand this place. Going to talk to my Area Director and see if he can switch our account to another bank. All 4 of us managers always have issues here with being Merchants. Might as well just have ome line for everyone if they can't have one specific merchant teller. I don't get it. This place needs to get their stuff together.

      Worst branch around! They had at 22 people waiting in line to go to the tellers. Only two tellers working and one of them rotates between us in line, and business accounts. Then, a lady walks by the tellers, lingers by one, talks to her a while, then casually walks by the other one, talks to her... then just stands there. Mean while I waited 38 mins to do a simple cash deposit! Slow, lazy, inconsiderate... huge waste of time!
