  About a year ago, Thomas and his people helped us get into a beautiful home. We weren’t planning on refinancing so soon but the time was right, and GEM did not disappoint. Every step of the way, GEM folks were patient and transparent about everything. Great people. Great service. Thomas makes you feel like family.   Thomas and Diana communicated everything we needed for our refinance. They were ALWAYS available if my husband or I had an inquiry. We utilized GEM for our home purchase back in 2016. I wouldn't go thru any other lender. I would and do highly recommend Thomas and his team for a home purchase or refinance.

  After calling several mortgage companies, Antoine from Gem Mortgage answered the phone. From the first conversation with him, we knew we wanted to work with him and Gem Mortgage. Antoine went the extra mile for us. He was always patient and explained everything we needed to do in detail. If we had any questions or needed help, Antoine would return phone calls quickly even if it was after hours. Buying a home can be a stressful process but Antoine held our hand the whole way.
