  Schools First will always keep me as a customer. They have helped my wife and I so many times when we needed a loan. They have always been top notch...my loyalty is to them.

  I made an a appointment days ago to withdrawal some money. I went in today and told the bank clerk on the reason of my visit. The clerk said right away “no sorry we can’t withdrawal that much, and all we can do is 5 thousand”. I responded telling her I made an appointment.The clerk then looked at my ID and noticed it was expired. She then told me “did you call and tell them that your ID was expired too”? A week prior from today’s visit, I’ve withdrawn the same amount with the same ID. I then asked her why, was I able to use my ID last week? I just felt like she was trying to find any excuse for me not to withdrawal my MONEY. I was able to withdrawal the amount, I wanted but got 20’s and 50’s. This was just a bad experience and don’t recommend this bank.

  My name is Emily and I was very pleased with the services provided at the Victorville location. Greeted very pleasantly and with respect. Short wait time was a plus even with the COVID-19 regulations. Special thank you to Ozzy for understanding my situation and being patient with me when setting up my account. An official Credit Union member, greatly appreciated. By the way I’m using my boyfriends account to write the review, but definitely still me.

  Awesome experience. I recently lost my wallet and the man who helped me out went above and beyond for me today. I really appreciate all that he did for me. I believe his name was enrique. Such a nice dude!

  Great bank, excellent customer service. My entire family banks here. Friendly, efficient employees who always greet you with a smile and make you feel like your the most important customer. Excellent variety of services offered. I left the big banks (sorry WF and BofA) years ago and haven't looked back. The Victorville branch rocks!!

  7/22/2020. I had a lot to at the credit union today. Ozmayra (Ozzy) did everything she could to get all my tasks done. She's very nice and knowledgeable. I was lucky to have her as my representative. Thank you Ozzy you are amazing. Previous review. I got to the credit union about 5:15 on a Friday. Angie went above and beyond to get done what I needed. She has great customer service and is a very nice helpful person. Thank you Angie for helping me get everything done after 5 on a Friday. You rock.

  My wife is a school teacher, and so while living in California banking with this place makes sense. There are a lot of great perks that we receive including low interest rates on cars. The service is always happy and friendly and we've never had a problem.

  i am so happy to learn there is a Schools First Federal Credit Union in Victorville. I have been a member for over 20-years. Moving here last year from north San Diego county I was not going to change credit unions but knew I would be faced with a challenge. So happy this branch is not far from my home in Silver Lakes.

  My son became a member of Schools First while a student at UC Riverside. He encouraged me to join and leave the big banks behind. I joined then encouraged my wife to do the same. We also opened accounts for my 16 year old son and 9 year old daughter. My sister also recently became a member. My experiences with Schools First - mainly the Victorville branch - has been all positive. I said goodbye to the big banks a few years ago and have not looked back since. Great rates, service, and curteous & friendly employees. 5-stars for Schools First!

  We were in the area to buy a puppy and we needed to withdraw from this ATM. Even though the branch was closed, the manager, Enrique, still helped us raise our limit in order to help us out. We cannot thank him enough =)
