  The retail branches are horribly mismanaged. Nobody answers the phone (and there is no automated queue to wait for the next available person), on-line appointments are unavailable for weeks, and the last time I tried to just walk in, the wait time was about an hour. I'll be jumping ship as soon as possible, but for various reasons I'm stuck with BofA for a while.

  Been a customer for 8 years. I had fraud on my credit card for 200$. Bank of America did not cover the Fraud. Opened 2 investigations with their fraud protection, and a case with the BBB. Bank of America fraud investigation is a total Joke. Never doing business with this bank ever again.

  Dealing with BoA is torture. It leaves me with a strong desire to leave my money under my bed and forget about banking all together. Their word means almost nothing and they can't clear checks nearly as fast as my other banks. Why the hell does it take 10 or so days for a check to clear!? I was assured that the first time would be the only time it takes for a check to clear in such a lengthy period of time, but to my surprise, that was a lie! I'm still waiting on a check to clear after 6 days. Now I'm told it'll clear at the 10 day mark, but it clearly said upon depositing, if I make a deposit before 8pm pt, the check will clear by the next business day. Of course it hasn't, why would it? Bank of America is absolute garbage and I pity anyone who unknowingly signs up with them and suffers the same tremendous inconveniences I have. Fortunagely I don't have children to feed; wouldn't make a damn difference to Bank of America, would it?

  Whatever you do don’t do any banking at Bank of America especially this branch. They will randomly change your debit card pin number. Make you go into the bank which has really bad hours to change it It is such a waste of time. Anytime you have to go in the branch expect wasting about 35 to 45 minutes of your day standing around. I am currently looking for a new bank

  The receptionist was very snobbish, pretentious, and rude. He would not accommodate my request for a new debit card unless I wanted to wait two hours. I will be switching banks instead, I think. I recommend they fire him and hire another real banker to replace him.

  We have had numerous transactions, some were complicated and each time one of the representatives took extra time to be sure the transaction was processes correctly. We also appreciate the ability to work with Merrill Edge through this bank.

  Went to the Boulder branch to cash a check, the teller said he could not cash cash check didn't give and reason to why he could not cash the check. By the end i had feeling that he wanted me to open an account with them, He had said I needed an account to put the check in to cash it. Only bank that I had problems cashing checks, I work for myself and it's easier to make sure the check clears before I start the job. Really bad customer service.

  I pay a fee to have an account and it definitely pays for 3 employees to stand in the lobby wail I wait excessively long on line for the lone teller... CUT THE PORK Why u need so many people to stand around and not help customers it looks like the teller needs help with all transactions also. I'm looking for a new bank as of today

  Honestly far and away the worst experience I have ever had a bank. The tellers are incompetent and mangement couldn’t manage the bank if they tried. I just spent 45 minutes with 3 people in front of me in line. Will never be back and I highly recommend you never go here.

  They deliberately ignore the phone. But if you really, really need to talk to them keep trying, eventually they will pick up. After seeing other reviews about the phone being ignored I tested to see how many calls it would take for them to answer. 18 calls, 17 of which eventually went to voicemail. This is clearly on purpose as the phone rings extremely quietly inside the building, to make ignoring it easier. While inside I also witnessed all but one employee standing around doing nothing as the phone oh so quietly rang again and again. Dont bother with this place unless you have no other option, or any BOA from here to Denver for that matter, as I called many other locations with no answer either.
