      This is the WORST branch for BoA. Went this morning and they refused to let me in saying that it was appointment only, even for a quick teller transaction. I checked their website and there was nothing about needing an appointment and they had nothing on either door saying you needed an ally. Customers were trying to enter only to discover doors were locked but employees were inside hanging out, not working. The people they hire for this branch have no clue what customer service is, never have. This branch has always been bad but this takes the cake. Suggest they clean house and hire people who actually know how to work with the public and service customers properly or just close it all together. It is useless.

      Terrible costumer service the bankers don’t know what they are doing and the manager jumped to agree with his banker without investigating what was going on. Then he started to tell me he refused to help me so I told him I refused to leave the bank until I got helped. After reviewing the bankers mistake they apologized and preceded to assist me. Keeping in mind they mad me call the 1800 number which told me and them the bankers where telling me the wrong information and did not understand why they would not help me. Very disappointed with the whole team here specially that it took them 3 hours to get me situated when it all could of been avoided if they did their job the first time.

      I bet your employees love these hours! 10a - 4p - wow! It is nice for them but terribly inconvenient for the people who use your services!

      Service was bad. We had to wait although there was no line. I was also charged a $8 fee for cashing a work petty cash check because I don’t have an account with BOA although the company does. I never experienced this at the other location where I usually cash the check. The teller was very dismissive. I definitely do not recommend this branch. I understand why the reviews are overwhelmingly negative.

      I wish I could give this place 0 stars. 1 is too many for sure. I waited over 40 minutes to do a deposit to help a friend. When i finally got to the counter i was informed they stopped doing that. The part I'm mad about is the manager Porsche stood there along with another guy in a blue suit looking at their phones as a huge line waited....If you are going to take away stuff, at least put a kiosk in there. No reason this should of happened.

      Absolutely Horrible. We are supposedly Platinum Honors customers, and I cannot get anyone to return my phone call. Just imagine how you will be treated. Last time I visited the branch, there were ten people in line and one teller. It took me 30 minutes to cash a check. I have been a customer for 29 years. Well it is over. We will be changing banks. I simply do not tolerate customer service this horrible. They talked me into using their mobile app. I just discovered that one of the checks that I deposited didn't go through. I never got any notice. We just discovered that it didn't show up on our statement.

      Teller was nice, but we asked to also open an account and someone named ashley would be with us. Sat there for about ten minutes and someone else came in with a reservation for 10:30. It was 10:26 and no one told us we would have to wait for anyone with a reservation. Common courtesy to let your customer know an approximate wait time.

      Teller was friendly, but the personal bankers just walk past you without acknowledgement. I have been coming here for YEARS and had no idea they had changed to appointments? Terrible customer service. I used to love this bank.

      Please someone explain to me why every other time I attempt to use the drive thru ATM at this location (I go twice a week), the ATM isn’t taking deposits. Very inconvenient.
