  Anne Thompson and her team (Carrie Bishop, Debbie Skyes, Mitze Balladares) are the best people you may wish for to take care of your mortgage refinancing. A lot of paperwork will be needed, but Ann has made the whole process exceptionally smooth and clear. She answered each of my questions immediately, so I was calm because I knew my refinancing was in good hands. From the beginning, Ann and her team will guide and help you step by step to the successful closing of a new mortgage. Throughout the process, Anne was caring, prompt, and friendly so the whole procedure seemed very quick. I will refer Anne and her team to all my friends and would highly recommend her to everybody who needs a professional, honest, friendly, and trustworthy agent for mortgage refinancing.

  Mary was OUTSTANDING!!! She made the process easy and pain free. Her communication was top notch! She was available any time I had any questions or concerns and even if I didn’t have any questions she kept me in the loop and quickly worked my file!!   Jon Runckel from Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp. was highly recommended by family members who have bought a House close to $ 1/2 Mil in 2018. I must say that listening to my relatives was the best decision I've made in contacting Jon Runckel for a loan to buy my house that we closed just about a week ago. Jon Runckel did not only meet my expectations, he exceeded it my miles. He was always on top of the entire process from start to finish and followed up constantly with his client and updated us on the progress of the Loan very often, if more info / documentations were needed, or just saying Hello and that all is OK. I can highly recommend Jon Runckel as he is a Professional in his field through and through.

  As a first time homebuyer I thought I'd be walked through the home buying process. That was not the case. To keep it simple - a lot of mistakes were made on the loan. I had to flip my loan from conventional to FHA less than a week before I closed do to a lack of information about the condo I was purchasing. No one walked me through the loan documents. I was told a lot of things last minute and the stress could have been relieved by just keeping in constant communication. Would not recommend for a first time homebuyer.

  Mary was Awesome!! My husband and I have known her for a short while before we bought our new home. She gave us practical and valuable input right from the moment we inquired about the process, that was so relieving since so many have to "follow a script" I loved how genuine she is, how much she wanted to make sure we were informed, and she answered no matter how many times we called to ask questions.   Jim Smith is the absolute best of Fairway! We were referred to Jim by a close relative. At the time, we were looking for financing to purchase our first home. Jim and his team helped find the lowest rate for us and made the entire process fluid. Jim is a professional with a wealth of knowledge in the mortgage industry, and one of the friendliest people we've ever met! Fast forward to one year later, we refinanced TWICE with Jim--- the timing was perfect and we were able to secure an incredible rate each time.
