Jimmy Raviele1If I could give 0 stars, I would. The teller added up my checks incorrectly three times and argued with me that she was correct. I asked her for a manager. The manager came over and did it with the teller and he also came up with the wrong total. I asked for a calculator so I could show them. Afterwards I asked for the checks back and went to my other bank. They cashed my checks for the correct amount. It's not rocket science. How could people be so bad at math and work in the banking business?

Mitchell Emmons1My restaurant uses BoH for their banking and I have to come here every week for deposits and to get change. The deposit is simple enough through the drive thru, but walking into this place is always dreadful, every time. Most times it's a line at least to the door, if not or the door. Then there's just 1 teller. Employees greeting at the door, standing in the lobby and even (sometimes) standing in the room with the teller, but no one actually working. And then to be told I can't get the bills or coins I need (yes need. I run a restaurant and making change is a necessity) make me wonder why anyone would ever open an account here. Then to read the same old cut and paste response to every comment proves they have no desire to actually improve their customer service.

Amy Resendez1My experience on this day was HORRIBLE to say the least. My problem was and is EVERY MONTH when my husband or I go into this center there is a line out the door and 1 teller at the window. Meanwhile there are 2 other employees standing at the door greeting and asking what we need but NO ONE heads to the teller window to help! We pay our mortgage with Bank of America and it is the most ANNOYING, STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE EVER! EVERY MONTH! When I asked if someone else can go and help out they say someone will be there in a few minutes and that is not true! Yet the 2 employees at the door continue to stand around and laughing, joking, greeting, laughing again. Hate this location ! Reason why I have held back for 11 yrs to open an acct there. YOU HAVE GOT TO DO BETTER ! AVOID this location at all costs!

Jason1Questionable Customer Service. On 12/8/2021, Asked to close account, lady promptly said to call 800 # and that they can't do it in store. I already questioned her, she seemed reluctant to do her job. Went to another location and the assistant manager gladly helped me write a cashiers check and close all the accounts. I guess another reason to move to another bank, customer service is all over the place.

Chris Zhou1The employee there named Liu was pushing me to to open a new account with her. My wife and I each have our own account with BOA already. We tried to deposit a check today and she said no, we need a joint account since check is written to us both. Then I said we'll just cash it. She lied to us that we need a joint account just to cash the check too. I knew she was lying so I was going to leave. Then she tried to stop me and said other banks won’t do it either, I just have to open a joint account with her. I left anyway and had the thing deposited later in a Chase bank not far away. I've been banking with BOA for a long time and that BS was exactly what I needed.

Melanie Barnard1Worst bank drive through ever. Always has Katy high school kids hanging out in there parking lot. They won’t get out of the way and it’s very uncomfortable while making a transaction. Katy parents need to control their kids. My car was kicked on my way out after doing a deposit, they were in the road blocking me in and I had to honk. Very disrespectful and don’t recommend anyone going to this location after hours. Would get it no stars if I could.

Joshua Dewitt4The drive thru ATM dispenses 3 different denominations which is very convenient. They have 3 different lanes so when the ATM isn’t getting filled (I think I catch them every time they are refilling the machines which takes a long time) it’s a quick easy visit. They seem understaffed all the time when I go in.

Frank Johnson1Wish they'd keep another teller or cross train someone to fill in. It seems like this location's focus has shifted entirely to financial services like offering ninja loans and setting up day trading accounts. Shouldn't take 30 minutes to see a teller. (but the 1 teller deserves a raise, only honest worker in the building)

Terry Thrash1Pin oak @ I-10 location, I go here at least 2 times a month for my company to get change for the last year, I personally have had an account with BOA for years, but my company has not,,, today I go in and was told no can do there is a coin shortage, I said this is the first I've heard this since the beginning of COVID, this is a lame excuse, I even googled it a read no shortage must be this location because the other BOA close to me didn't tell me this 2 weeks ago..... Poor customer service skills!!!!!!
