  Yolanda Cadena from the Katy location is the BEST! She was friendly, informative, fast, answered all my questions, and made the whole refinance process so easy. I am Blessed to have her help with my loan. Thank You Yolanda for getting my loan before I had to leave for my cruise. Great employee! Great credit union!

  Evelyn Membreno was very professional and patient in assisting me in completing my bank cancellation. She was very tech-savvy and a pleasure to work with and talk to. I could tell she was smiling as she was working with me because I could hear her laughing.   BVSCU KATY/Sugarland/Rosenberg is everything a bank should be. They are professional, kind, and local. Everyone there is so welcoming and they really make you feel like an important person. This organization will deliver nothing less than the best from expertise and professionalism to top-notch communication. You’re sure to be impressed!

  I no longer live near a BVSCU, so in order to bank with them i have to use transfers and mobile deposits. Any time I have had to use mobile deposit with this credit union I have had issues with poor customer service and delayed deposits. No one does mobile deposits because their money is not an immediate need, but BVSCU seems to have no care for customer needs. This has by far been the worst credit union I have ever done business with, and if I could give less than one star I would give non at all. This bank has done nothing but cause me to have no faith in their ability to resolve even the smallest issue. My advice is to bank elsewhere.

  I've banked with Brazos Valley for 20 years and have noticed a lot of unusual changes over the past 3-4 years. First off, they do not report to Experian, only TransUnion and Equifax. Secondly, they hold your direct deposit funds and may not release them until the later part of the day, 11am, 3 pm or 5pm is what I was told. Thirdly, they lie to the members about policies and procedures. They do not have a systematic way of doing anything. You may get approved for a loan at one point but denied on a different day although your credit report contains the same debt and information. I was denied for a car loan when my credit score was a 670-680 due to student loans is what they said. I applied years later with a much lower score (i.e. 600) and got approved with higher student loan debt. If that's not crazy, I don't know what to call it.

  I must say that Ms. Asia Duckett and her team, in addition to the loan staff at the Katy location were incredibly helpful, responsive, and assisted me in bettering my financial situation. They were knowledgeable, expeditious, and I recommend getting established with BVSCU.

  Absolutely hate my husband opened an account over a month ago, and still have not received his debit card. They keep telling him to wait, and still nothing. Terrible

  Literally the worst bank on the planet. They make it next to impossible to make an online account, contacting them is almost harder than that. This bank lives in the stone age with no modernization except to their branches. Their online portal and aps function like it's 2006.
