  "Asia" was very thorough and communicated well throughout the process and got things done in great time. I even had a contract re-done and she still manage to get things taken care of before deadlines. From the moment I walked in to the Katy branch to open an account, I was greeted with the utmost warmth and respect, the account officer was very thorough, efficient and helpful and with outstanding bedside manner. A very special mention to Violeta Martinez, the online loan processor, for her dedication, patience and thoroughness. It is very noticeable that Violeta is committed to delivering excellent customer service. Her helpfulness and warmth made our interaction pleasant as well as efficient. Prompt responses and actions as well as a very personable approach shown by Violeta inspire customer confidence.

  Asia was my online loan processor, and she was very straight forward and answered my questions quickly and gave me the confidence of being comfortable with obtaining a loan. The online process the union has is amazing. I would consider joining them!
