      When the manager is there and you ask for her help we are treated like we have been the decades we’ve been at this branch. When she is not there it’s a disaster. It’s absolutely unreal what happened to us today. But then nothing surprises us anymore. We are loyal to a fault staying with this bank .

      I visited this B of A feeling super frustrated with the bank chain from horrible service previously in the day in the Denton location. Thanks to the financial advisor, Daniel, I left this location feeling much better. My issue was sorted out with thoughtfulness and even personalized service. Keep up the fantastic service, guys! The other locations could learn a lot from this one!

      Very polite and helpful staff. I have had multiple interactions with the staff and each of them was courteous and accommodating. They surely know what they do. Always clean and they always keep their appointments.
