  Many think that because your in the industry of Real Estate we will be easier to work with.... (LOL) no way. We had very strict guidelines that we needed to meet as we did a Refinance and a purchase of an investment property- and to top it off we wrote the contract the first week of December and needed to close before the end of the year. ( not normal nor typical ) but Kellen and his team were up for the challenge.... It started w/ Ethan who gathers all docs and info ( Amazing - painless process- all due to his professionalism).....moved on to Katie - who was/is SUPERWOMAN and the patience of a Saint. She helped and communicated several times a day, to assure timelines. ( DID I mention SUPERWOMAN!!!!) and the process all led by Kellen while maintaining expectations, Appraisal, Paperwork, etc... to make this happen, and the MOST important part..... he spoke to us several , several times during the process to keep us updated as we progressed. If we could give 10 stars, Diamonds, or whatever would really let everyone know how IMPRESSED we were with the Process, Service, and Outcome we would be GLAD to.   I recently refinanced with Kellen Vaughan's team at Trademark Mortgage and it was such an easy process! I utilized them to purchase my home almost 3 years ago and they still had much of my information saved and I closed on my refi less than 3 weeks after initially contacting them. Ethan was my first contact and he went above and beyond to get me a great rate! Katie and Marianne also worked on my loan and I couldn't find anything negative to say about the team or the whole process even if I tried!
