  I had the most pleasant experience. My husband and I worked with Francesco, Johnny, and Michael and couldn’t have asked for a better crew. They took care of us, listened to our needs/wants, and delivered with exactly what we envisioned and even more. Thanks to them, we are now the proud owners of a certified pre-owned 2016 4Runner! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. In the future, we will refer you all and be back for our car buying needs. ☺️

  Erica and Sean completely changed my outlook toward the process involved in purchasing a vehicle. They genuinely care about helping you as a consumer. They took time to ensure every step of the process was in my best interest and listened to past purchasing experiences with other dealerships while also educating us on the do’s and don’ts for future reference. I highly recommend these two people and am confident that the rest of the team at Santa Fe Toyota operate to this level of quality. I highly recommend this staff/location and am fairly certain Sean could bench press whatever vehicle you purchase.

  We came back to purchase another vehicle from Toyota of Santa Fe because Michael Lopez was so great with our first purchase. Our second time was also a great experience not only with Michael, but also Andy Palmer. Both of these gentlemen took great care of us during the entire purchase process. We will be back!

  I took a defective Toyota 12 volt starter battery to this dealership. I had purchased it from them, and it was only 1 year 7 months old. Though the battery has 84 month warranty by Toyota written right on it, the dealership told me that it was only warranted for 12 months. They also said that they would have to have the car there to diagnose it, though a dead battery will not start the car, so it would have to have been towed over a hundred miles to do that. I called another dealership and they immediately said that the battery had a two year replacement warranty from Toyota, no questions asked, and the car did not have to be present to have the warranty honored. I exchanged the defective battery no problem. I wonder why this dealership lied about Toyota's warranty and the supposed necessity to have the car there? During this Covid time I am not driving as frequently, so auxilliary systems can drain the battery. I will put a Noco conditioner on it to preserve it. I must say that having bought my car there, and having referred my wife to purchase her car there, I am extremely angry and disappointed in this dealership. Are they crooks, or just cheap? This is not the first time my wife and I have had issues with them. I will never buy from this dealership again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. My experience was disgusting.

  The best car buying experience anyone could ask for!!! Michael Lopez found me the perfect car for my needs and was extremely helpful with answering all of my questions. Francesco and Kirk then did everything possible to make sure it fit my extremely tight budget and get my family and me on our way. I got a GREAT DEAL with above and beyond service from wonderful people! I will never go anywhere else. Worth the drive from Albuquerque 100%!

  Aspen Leaf listened to everything we were expecting and he worked so hard to get us in the vehicles we wanted. He offered us drinks and made us feel comfortable. A few days after we left the dealership, we got a thank you letter in the mail. He made us feel like we were family. Great experience will not go anywhere else for any future vehicle purchases!!!

  We appreciate the quick reply from Sean Starkweather, Sales Manager. We thank him for understanding of our situation. If our concerns would have been discussed at the dealership so that no ones time was wasted. I would have given a higher rating as this situation was not addressed during our visit.
