      Seems like they don't take into consideration any if the reviews regarding this location. It's 2022, and I still have the very same complaints as those who dealt with this branch 4 years ago! Even answering a phone call is like asking them to find God's teeth. Totally unprofessional.

      First time I went to this location for my urgent loan business and did not have any issues. The lady (Nadia) was very helpful and greeted me respectfully. Manage to complete my business fast on that same day. This location can be very packed and busy during peak hours so I understand why some of the other reviewers are frustrated with the service. Advise to come early morning, right when they open.

      If I could give them a zero I would. Our business banks with BOA and they wouldn’t cash a check made out to the business. They claim they although their corporate office said they can. If you are the sole proprietor of the business you CAN CASH THE CHECK. I’ve made a complaint to the corporate office. STAY AWAY FROM BANK OF AMERICA!!!!

      This has to be the absolute worst branch I have ever been to! I have been here twice to be told to go back to check issuer and then told there was no problem with check! Went to 2 locations, each time the second location has never had a issue. The simple fact of having a person there to approve check over teller who is the RUDEST PERSON I EVER MET DEFINITELY LETS ONE KNOW NOT TO BANK THERE! She is a unhappy person that wears BOA so well and lets you know they are TERRIBLE OVER SEAS BANKING WILL BE BETTER!

      I have been calling this location for hours now and the phone has never even been answerd. I go through the options from the automated directory and when i push 4 to speak to a bank of america representative the phone rings mabey 15 or 20 times and says everybody is busy. It dosent give you a option to stay on the line while it keeps ringing untill a employee answers it. This makes no sense and all it dose is creat stress in a time when the world is allready stressed. Looks like i wont get my question answerd because this is not the first and only local bank of america ive tryed contacting today. Im not getting a answer from any bank of america i call. They cant all be so busy at the same time someone cant take 2 minutes to answer a simple question i cant find the answer to on bank of americas web site. I wouldnt even give this company 1 star if i had the option to give them a zero star rating. Better yet it would be nice if i coug ive a negative star rating. Lol. BANK OF AMERICA GETS A TOTAL RATING OF -2.5 of of a possible positive 5 star max rating. Too funny! Only a -2.5! Ha! Negative 2.5 is sad bank of america. Step you customer service up. -2.5* rating! ; (

      They NEVER have enough staff and some of the tellers aren't able to help with basic transactions so they say you have to sit with a banker.. Don't go to this branch if you're in a rush! The customer service isn't bad... this is a corporate issue.. Staff the bank! Its high volume... They get away with this because of the demographic area. The only reason I keep my account is because its 'grandfathered' and has perks otherwise there are other banks that are more convenient with the same products ... I wouldn't go for any new BOA products because they have no value! *Update.. These people are incompetent. Now im convinced you only need to be bilingual to work here.. More than 3 months ago I purchased a cashiers check issued directly from my account for a tuition payment. The school reported never receiving the check so I noticed the bank immediately. The bank told me I needed to wait 90 days. We are now at 92 days and I go in to verify the check was never cashed... Did the banker really ask me if I or anyone else cashed the check??? Isn't that what they should be telling me? So the teller couldn't help but the banker is just as clueless... This is unbelievable and just proves incompetent... Now I am waiting over 30 mins...

      Very disappointed in the service I received at this location. Brittany the teller was rude and clearly needs customer service training!!! I've NEVER gone to a bank that would NOT give me cash back in the denomination I requested. Brittany clearly was too lazy to ask for bills that she needed to satisfy my request. A person with good customer skills would definitely handle this situation in a different manner.

      Horrible, guy behind counter didn't even know what day it was. People waiting over 2 hours to speak to a financial advisor or whatever you call it ( I know this because everyone was mentioning that fact) 3 teller windows inside 1 employee 4 booths 1 employee. I went in to have a simple form signed by a bank representative and the guy behind the window said he couldn't do it ( for whatever reason) and to talk to the other ppl ( that had over a 2 hour wait and ppl falling asleep in the waiting chairs). I live far away from BOA and after this visit I may have to take my business account elsewhere.

      Not the best branch. Staff is okay, often times they are understaffed. The ATM is frequently our of cash. Additionally, the parking lot is small and tight, plus there are or were a few big pot holes including one in front of the ATM that may still be there and was a big pain to manuever around. This is fender bender alley right here with the setup of the parking lot and entrances and exits. There are a few other much nicer branches with less parking lot issues near by. However, as far as service goes it is alright but not the best. Wait times and lines can be expected around rush hour and can be bothersome but staff is generally nice unless they're understaffed that day on which case you'll know it.

      Forced to make deposits for work and this is the branch closest to my home. I dread going because it is the worst experience I have ever had at a bank. On numerous occasions. Long wait lines both at the drive-thru and inside due to a severe lack of adequate staffing. Tellers are ridiculously rude. They disappear for long periods of time with no explanation or apology and don't dare to tell them about their lack of customer service skills because it just gets worse. H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E and I am gut hurt thinking about the experience I may have when I arrive there this afternoon.
