  I called and was immediately put on hold, once they decided to talk to me they asked me if I was calling for the mortgage department. I said no and was immediately hung up on. I didn't even get to talk. Fantastic customer service 🤣

  Awful awful location. The assistant manager is slow. I don't know how she got that job. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years but was treated like a criminal today. The staff ana refused to open a trust account telling me that my documents was not authentic. As a matter of fact i was in that location the previous week and the manager reviewed my documents and said all i need is an EIN number but today i was told different story... Ana went and got the assistant manager who now proceed to interrogate me like i was in court,humiliating me telling me that she can't open an account. I believe she was under the influence because she could not give me a logical explanation why i could not open a trust account. I went to wells Fargo bank with the same documents and opened an account with the same documents that was in question . I plan to close all my accounts with bank of America . I very disappointed and displeased with this location on Carlisle.

  Literally the worst customer service I have ever received! The workers condescending attitude made me feel like they were there to do me a favor ! Will never go back to this branch !

  My wife and I wanted to open a new checking account. We waited maybe ten minutes before able to speak to someone about it. Gaetano was very informative and helped us out. One of the best bank personnel I have ever dealt with.

  Me and my mother had made huge mess with our accounts, long story short they helped us alot and were very nice considering they were cleaning up my mess. Thank you to the branch manager and everyone who helped me! There is a reason I bank with Bank of America! Thanks again! I recomend you guys to all my friends and family. Any negative reviews of this place arent valid, ie waiting... banking takes time and precision so waiting is a good thing becuase you know they take time to make sure every customer leaves happy, and when its your turn you'll be happy they take their time on you! Thanks again!

  I was charged an $8 check cashing fee, for a check that was through Bank of America . Looking into legalities of this currently . I usually just cash them at my own bank (us bank) for no charge , but went to the customers bank to cash, not only did I get charged the hefty $8 fee for cashing a Bank of America check, but the teller was rude and incinuated that if I was a customer it wouldn’t happen , as if I wasn’t a customer in their establishment. You would think before the holidays they would have a heart and a better attitude . I guess not .

  This is the absolute worst bank i have ever had the displeasure of having to work with. Never have I heard of a bank make it SO difficult to make business deposits. I run a very small store open 9-7 with just one other associate. My store runs on billed transactions which incure interest if we do not get them done on mondays. Every time we have to go to the bank if we are alone it take 30 mins at least which req us to close the store and inconvenience customers. The manager told us to drop them off in the morning and go back to pick them up. That's fair since there are 5 or 6 deposits for the week. But then when we go back to pick them up (another 30 min wait and lost sales) theyre never ready! Its happened 3 times!!!! Now today she said we are only allowed 1 deposit a day. I called other locations and the managers each said wow and invited us to go to their location! Which i will be doing. If you have a lot of time to waste, this is the right bank of America location for you! If i could leave negative stars i would.

  Would not recommend this location! Be prepared to wait a really long time and then have rude service! only 2 tellers and the manager of this location is rude and not helpful! the location on Yuan Tabo is way better! Manger there super helpful and nice!

  There is ALWAYS a wait. Inside or in the Drive thru. Be sure to plan an extra 10-20 minutes when you visit this location. And the drive thru is permanently closed on Saturdays?... "Because we're short staffed" is the reason I've been given. I've seen 3-5 tellers come through in the last year and a half I've been coming here. Maybe it's the way the location is managed or someone who works there. Either way, I'm glad I don't bank personally with B of A. I'll stick with a bank that knows how to offer optimal customer service and that can hold on to its employees.

  Bank of America had plenty of faults... bad customet service, accusing looks when i walk in after a 14 hour shift looking like I jist worked a 14 hour shift, not the friendliestof places...this also includes ridiculous fees and charges. Moving to a different bank ASAP.
