Came there to deposit money today May, 31. The cashier with the glasses was so rude. She asked me to organize my money for her to put in the machine. I told her if she asked me nicely, i would help her, and do not tell me what to do. She was about to give the money back to me and refused to do her job. Is that how you treat the customers? She said that she "helped" me to deposit my money, so i had to help her organize my money. I said i was there to deposit money and not to help anyone. And she gets paid to sit there and does her job, she doesn't help anyone. I consider to another bank now. Everytime i go there to deposit, i always get bad experiences

My experience was great! After a bad experience with Wells Fargo I came to this branch to open an account and Ryan made our experience fast and easy for my husband and me. Yeah we did wait a few minutes to be attended but that is understandable we were walk-ins did not schedule an appointment. I hope this welcoming experience continues at this branch. I also have a Capital One account and I am debating if I should close my account with them and just keep my BOA account. Let’s see how it goes.

      Response from the owner

Good morning Yesenia. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Ryan was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. Welcome to the Bank of America family! ^michael

I stop banking at Bank of America years ago due to questionable banking and loan practices which was confirm through several Federal probs. I still had a safe deposit box that I closed after COVID procedures went into affect. After closing the safe deposit box I received a bill 1 year later that the box was still active and open. This is when the situation turned horribly wrong. The Vice President of the Bank accused me of not telling the truth about turning in my keys and if I wanted to close out the safe deposit box, I would need to pay for the box to be drilled out. She was rude and unprofessional. This ordeal confirmed that I did the right thing by taking my funds out of this institution and place it in the hands of a more competent organization. I would not recommend doing business at this branch or any branch of Bank of America.

Their customer service has gone downhill throughout the years. First, they closed down the drive through. Then, most of the time there were only two tellers. Now, the bank is temporarily closed. Everything is by appointment. The pandemic is only part of the problems. They make money on your deposits and loans, but do not want to spend money to provide good customer service. Yet, each one of their employees reminds you to give him/her good ratings.

Horrible customer service, 6 customers in line, counted 5 bank employees with only 1 of the 2 at the teller windows assisting customers. WOW!! Why BOA?? Why are customers at the physical bank branch not priority number 1??

I am a BOA customer and needed documents notarized. Called bank never got through to anyone. Went to bank this morning and spoke with an employee that said she scheduled me for a 12:30 appointment today to have documents notarized. Went back at scheduled time and was told no appointment had been scheduled. I politely went over to UPS and received excellent service and was out in five minutes. At BOA the notary service is free for account holders but the aggravation of poor customer service is not worth it. I would not recommend BOA to anyone. Poor poor poor customer service.

This bank is a preview of life under a communist regime. They have made it almost impossible to cash checks. Drive thru window closed, deliberately understaffed, and of course, Mask Police watching the doors. If you want to know why Bank of America is one of the most hated companies, look no further than here.

      Response from the owner

This branch is terrible. The manager makes up rules that don’t exist about check cashing. Corporate office called to correct them and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Went to a different Bank of America and “limits in the system” magically vanished and the check. Was cashed instantly. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH
