  Incredibly disappointed with Investex and their choice in loan officers. I've been a loyal member for years with multiple loans active. Their loan officer promised a car loan would go through, sold my truck and then found out this loan would NEVER go through. Had I known this, I wouldn't have sold my truck. The other assistant manager at the 249 branch didn't seem to care at all about my situation and they will be getting a poor review as well!

  Car Loan Experience - Daisy V. is the best! We had a great experience with our loan officer Daisy Vasquez and her attention and help were extremely valued. She was always professional, but also friendly and she made sure to answer all our questions during the process. She worked with the dealership and my insurance agent to make sure everything was done correctly and quickly. We really appreciate Daisy and all the hard work she put into helping us during these crazy times.

  Teresa Mabry is the most professional and helpful person when handling a account. She explained the various accounts available and additional offers the credit union had available. Take the time to visit her and see if she can assist you with your financial needs. Also, currently the credit union has a promotion regarding a credit card. If your trying to establish credit, please give her a call.

  I’ve been a member for years but there has been some terrible changes in customer service in the last two years. The turn over rate is so high with their employees you don’t know any of the tellers anymore. When you call in to mobile banking you get conflicting advice on banking issues that should be common knowledge among employees. Since I lost my previous job there were some times were I overdrafted and instead of getting a kind understanding demeanor I was treated like my money didn’t matter. Doesn’t my money go into the pot also? Doesn’t it help pay your tellers and loan officers? Doesn’t it keep your Credit Union open? Then why am I treated less with respect when I fall on hard times. When I was depositing 2k checks into your bank people knew my last name and didn’t bother to ask for an ID because they knew my face. Now it’s the exact opposite (maybe that can be attributed to the high turnover rate). Either way I plan on canceling my account and moving to another credit union. (Zero Stars by the way)

  I have been a member for 39 years back when it was Aldine Teacher Credit Union. I've been to all branches and none compare to the Spring location. Always take care of customers quickly and efficiently. All other branches employees sitting around while you sit and wait and looking at them. Reba and Charles amazing dedicate employees. Great job Spring location.

  One of the worst credit unions I've ever had to deal with. I don't know why we stayed with them for over 5 years. We switched over to Investex for "convenience" but it has been nothing but hassles. Online system is a joke even after all the new system "updates". They don't even provide envelopes for cash deposits. A teller said "just paper clip it". Customer service is just terrible. You have to sign in and wait, though most of the time no other clients are there. I can pile on smaller incidents. The manager always seems "busy" and never has your undivided attention(I apologize if it's a disorder) and offers little help. Though the drive-thru tellers have been courteous, we've only dealt with deposits. There are no perks, online system is very limited, and business hours are not very convenient( if you work a 9-5). Disputes on fraud are very slow and almost impossible to resolve, don't expect a resolution.

  I visited this location and was met with phenomenal service. I was assisted by a lady by the name of Teresa who had such a caring demeanor and deep down passion inside to make sure I was taken care of and that all of my questions were answered. As a random individual walking into an establishment that you are not a client or member of I expected to be treated as such with short answers and redirections, however, ran into the exact opposite. She answered all my questions and even went above and beyond to look up the answers that really had nothing to do with services they normally offer. I am giving the establishment 5 stars but even more I am giving Teresa 5 stars for exceptional service. Thank you so much for your caring assistance.

  I absolutely LOVE this branch!!!! They help me with all of my finances in a very professional and cheerful way! The atmosphere is ALWAYS welcoming and I've NEVER had ANY issues banking with this branch. I'm so happy I chose to become a member of this credit union!

  I’m a little disappointed that I can’t get a temporary card, those are very helpful. Even though I’m bummed out by the temporary card issue, I’m leaving 5 stars because of the great service I received from Charles Tates. I also listened to him give amazing service to the people ahead of me. He is very friendly and he makes you just feel happy and in a better mood.

  Charles Tates and Teresa Mabry were excellent in their service and tirelessly worked to the end to accomplish my loan process and make it as smooth as positive as possible. If I had 10 thumbs, I would give them 10 thumbs up but unfortunately, I have 2...lol. Thank you and the entire team at InvesTex Credit Union in all branches. Excellent service to cater to my needs since 2017!
