  The customer service is extremely poor. After repeated visits to this location, the bank tellers & management do not go above & beyond for their customers. They have ZERO PERSONALITY. They are not friendly, patient or understanding. They do not make you feel valued for banking with them. The bank tellers have attitudes & are not professional. I recommend re-training in customer service or close this location down. Customers expect to have a neighborly relationship with their bankers in terms of being greeted with a smile & even engage in small talk so that the bankers remember something about each client. Other Flagstar locations such as Royal Oak or Novi are NOT like this branch.

  I know experiences can vary but I can't say I've ever had an experience with this Flagstar like "Lip Torture" describes. I go in there every week to do my banking and it's like an episode of Cheers lol. They know my name and they're always glad I came. Courtney is always funny but precise with what she does, while Rob, Bill and Blu are always able to answer my questions. If they can't, which NEVER happens :) they can get me to someone that does without pawning me off. I love the Hall location and would/have suggested anyone go there!

  Has to be the poorest customer service I have ever received. If your a person that values good communication and people that care save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. There are too many options out here to settle for the way this bank will treat you.

  I normally use the drive through or ATM but everytime I've gone inside I've immediately been greeted by the manager (unless with a customer or on the phone). I've had nothing but good experiences with them since switching from Bank of America 4 years ago.

  Very disappointed in the service at this location. I waited 10 minutes before someone said "someone" will be right with you. All while having a personal conversation. Every other Flagstar bank location is much more attentive to there guests.

  The staff was very polite and happy to help, the environment was very clean and sanitized, and the process of opening a bank account was painless and simple

  Terrible bank, outdated and closed my account without informing me and took the money I had in my account and kept it!!
