  I am pretty unhappy that my financial institution has just closed up shop in my town. Very inconvenient. Terrible customer service. No communication as to if or when they will re-open.

  This branch has not been open for about 2 years. Major bank the size of B of A can’t maintain an open office in a town of 18,000 people. Useless.

  The line for the ONE teller on duty was 4 deep at 3 pm (and remember: they close at 4!). Other employees were floating around, perhaps they could have chosen to help some of us who were waiting? Bottom line: they don't respect their customers' time.

  BOA is really going downhill. Be warned, if you ever need to do a transaction with a human...you need to prepare. Their hours are very limited (9-4, seriously? I want to work those hours). When you go, they usually only have one teller. I needed to make a large cash deposit, and it took 30 minutes of waiting. It was either that, or sit there and count my bills and break them up into 40-bill chunks and make numerous deposits at the ATM. Either way, it's a lose-lose. I have long since moved all of my accounts to better banks and only use BOA when I need to deposit cash.

  There are so many bad reviews that I thought I should add my very pleasant experience. Just visited this branch yesterday, without an appt, and was greeted right away and set up with a customer service rep within a minute. She was friendly and efficient; she took care of everything I needed to my complete satisfaction.

  Was be there and entered by 4. But, manager kicked me out with apology. Really? When I visited next day, the transition went smooth. ___________________ Customer service has been improved impressively. I felt much satisfied.

  Branch now closed, how does one get to their safe deposit box. Bank of America really does NOT care about their customers!

  Waiting in line for 20 minutes during a lunch hour. One teller and three idle employees watching one teller serving several people. Lots of looks and customers stompingout.

  They don't know their own fee schedule. Told me that there wouldn't be a fee for a certain transaction, but a fee was applied a month later anyway. Impossible to get someone on the phone from the branch as well.
