  Worst bank ever! Custom service is awful. The CEO of this company is a corporate puppet! Everyone in this particular branch is lazy! I pulled my money out of this bank and moved to a smaller more friendly bank!

  We had an appointment at 10am with Sally. Yesterday she called to ask for more details to prepare for our visit. I was not available at the moment she called, I was working (don’t know if I have to be sorry for that, but sometimes you cannot answer the phone!). I tried to call her back at least 10 times before our appointment, nobody answered my calls! We arrived at the appointment at 9.55 am, saw she had four people in her office. We we were waiting patiently for more than 20 minutes until she finally came and asked if we were her 10 o’clock appointment, it was 10.18 am. 1st, she didn’t apologize for being late, then she went in an office with us asking us why we were there and she was looking and speaking to us like we were first graders, without trying to find a solution to help us, we were just bothering her! Then we asked for a second service and she said she was not able to do it because there were people in her office. I told her that we had an appointment with her at 10 o’clock and she is telling us that we cannot go in her office because she already have people and we have to come back! What a waist of time, what is the point of having an appointment !!! This is the most disappointing experience with a bank ever!!!

  No wonder they have such bad ratings. I went to get money out of my account but I didn't have my ATM card with me. Just my ID. That was the first thing I told the cashier. Well end result she blocked me out of the account and now I don't have access to my money for 24 four hours. She made it look it was my fault for not knowing the answers, geez I don't work at the bank ! If I had known I was going to be locked out for 24 hours I'd would go home and gotten my ATM card before. This branch is horrible avoid It at all cost.

  People here were right, Sally is a dear. She took very kind, patient care of my elderly partially-deaf mother's business, making sure she understood and was comfortable with everything being done. I'd send anyone who needed to deal with BAC in this area to Sally for an excellent experience, which is unusual for a bank with such a poor national reputation. She couldn't save mom's business, but she saved our day! Thanks, Sally, you're a treasure. Branch-wise this is a small but comfy location to visit, a little loud in the lobby at times but well staffed and as of March 2021 wide open. Appointments are suggested however to reduce wait times for anything other than a quick visit to a teller's window. Plenty of free parking right at the door.

  I don't know why this place is marked down so much in reviews..I have always had a great experience at this centre.. specially Sally Eastman is so friendly and always eager to help..

  Excellent customer service. Today, Sally Eastman went above and beyond to help me with my issue, without me even asking her. She is the reason I was able to complete closing of my new home. I cannot thank her enough🙏🙏.

  Rude customer service - no wonder it has such low ratings in the area. I went for some basic banking stuff and have been their customer since 8 yrs now. The financial center in westford is far better.

  Terrible company. My dad gave me a check so I can pay for my wedding that I had to plan in a month!!! And Bank of America will not place it off of hold so that I can use it for stuff I need to use it for. Again my money!!! And in general customer service is lacking and terrible and you have to wait on hold for about an hour anytime you have a problem. I need my wedding money. I’ve had checks from my dad. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks!!!

  I was there today with my dad who is 81. He had to cash a check for $44 from Healthconnector and did not have account with them, they charged $8 fee for cashing a $44 check by senior! I was asking branch manager Jen to waive the fee in respect to his age and the check was not even commercial or anything, it was paying him back his money that he overpaid - doesn't matter to her. She was jumping with a false clown excitement all over the branch until real issue came - then she totally lost her interest in us. She said the system puts a fee automatically and she cannot do anything about it - worst explanation a branch manager can ever produce and worst experience with that greedy manager and the bank.
