  The service at this location seems to have dropped off precipitously of late. It's strange given that a competitor, Chase Bank, just moved in next door. I suspect that there are plans to close this TD location and that the staff simply don't care about service anymore.

  Ordered foreign currency, then waited a week before hearing anything. Called them and they somehow had no record of it.. then who took my name and number?? Probably time to move our accounts elsewhere anyway.

  We had an amazing experience setting up a new account for our 11 year old. Felicia took a lot of time with us and explained the different options for savings and checking accounts. She was very gracious, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this branch and Felicia.

Their exceptional service (along with the rest of the staff) will propel the Concord branch into the upper echelon of TD branches for customer satisfaction. Thoroughness, anticipation of need, and proper counseling produce confidence in the banking experience here, and is achieved through commitment to values and exertion of effort. TD should take note of the gems in their midst.

  I worked with Felicia to get the PPP loan for my business and she was amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and if she didn't know something she found out for me. I enjoy doing my banking here.

  The one star is both for this location and for TD Bank in general. They will steal money out of your account and laugh in your face when you try to hold them accountable, simply because they can. Most banks are dishonest and crooked these days but they aren't all so blatant about it.

  Been going to TD bank for years. Love the friendly staff and their services. LeighAnn is great!

  Very nice location near the town center. Not the most convenient if there isn't parking around, though.
