      BOA does not know how to do business. Manager is always standing out front greeting people as they walk in rather then being behind the counter and helping out. It always take 20 min when you come to this bank. Do your job and be a team player. There should never be a line of 5 people or more when you have a manager that can help. Will definitely cancel all my business accounts!

      Only leaving a review for a bank because its ridiculous to bash the people that work there - they are nice and professional and BOA itself seems to be in every state so its easy to access anywhere. I have NO idea what someone else expects from the bank but if it isn't about: depositing money withdrawing money borrowing money it probably isn't going to happen at a bank. IF you leave a 1 star because you're mad, and REALLY think about why you're mad, it was probably your fault - not always, but maybe 98% of the time is realistic to assume

      Will definitely be closing my business account. Had an employee cash a check last week there ...went to same branch following week and unable to cash. Never enough tellers or common sense among workers there. Went to crabtree branch. Check cashed with no issue. Sad people in same positions but not one knows how and does there job.

      Imagine how easy you think it should be to change your billing address, and then compare it to the incompetency of BOAs employees and you'll also wish there was a 0 star option

      Nice folks, never once had a problem with their service. When I've encountered an account problem or other situation, they've handled it well & professionally. When they themselves couldn't resolve the situation in their own office, they've provided outside solutions that have worked. 5 stars-- no doubt on that.

      A bank representative reached out to me telling me that I have many account features for my personal and business accounts I am not utilizing. I was reluctant as it seemed like a sales call, but I was curious about my options as I have been with them almost 15 years, so potentially I was missing out on newer account options. I scheduled an appointment and showed up early. Door weren’t unlocked until 9, so I waited in my car. When I entered (with 2 other customers) the bank representatives seemed disorganized and scurrying about. There were 4-5 reps in addition to 2 tellers. They greeted everyone and told us to wait. I waited about 5 minutes observing the flustering reps, to only be told my appointment was double booked, they are sorry. And for whatever reason, the two individuals speaking to me could not assist... Overall, very unprofessional behavior that has depleted any confidence in me trusting them for financial services beyond simple transactions.

      I can't even begin to describe my disappointment in Bank of America. After a 10 year business relationship, with dozens of accounts, they absolutely bungled the PPP program for small businesses. They provide zero customer service for both the origination and forgiveness process. The "escalation team" takes months to get back to you (if they call at all)- and get this- they call from a strange number and if you miss the call you have to wait months again to speak to them. The "customer service" agents for PPP can't help you, can't speak to the escalation team. Your personal business bankers are not allowed to help you. If you do answer the phone, the escalation agents don't follow their own information security rules and will hang up on you if you refuse to provide them confidential information that Bank of America tells you not to provide. This has been the most frustrating experience of my life. They get an F- for small business banking and we will be moving all our business accounts to another bank.

      I have been waiting to get a call back from the front line teller manager for 3 weeks now and have yet to receive a call. Very disappointed. Transactions are easy to handle inside but the customer service could improve.
