  So pleased with how Fidelity handled a large loan I needed. Friendly, knowledgeable, and really made me feel at ease with everything. I was so surprised at how fast everything went in comparison to the "big banks" I've dealt with. Thank you, Fidelity!

  I was introduced to Fidelity Bank by a friend and it didn’t take me long to switch my banking here. You will immediately see the difference on what a bank could be. They will know your name from day one and you will be greeted with a smile as soon as you walk through the doors. I love this branch and the employees who bring their expertise for any questions you may have. The convenience of being able to reach a person is phenomenal no more 800 numbers for me. Fidelity is commercial friendly, and I would not even consider another bank for my financials needs. Well done Fidelity!

  I didn't know a banking relationship could be this good! The people at Fidelity's branch at Oberlin are incredible to work with. They are very responsive and go above and beyond to help their members with their business and personal banking needs, and to make it as easy as possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

  Our company made the move to Fidelity Bank several years ago for all our client's and company's financial needs. The move was the best decision! They exemplify customer service and every time you walk in their branch, someone knows you by name. Fidelity Bank fosters their relationships with their customers by constantly keeping in touch, making sure you are always satisfied, and honestly becoming a friend. I would recommend them to anyone who wants more from their financial institution.

  Fidelity Bank has outstanding customer service! Everyone that works there is very friendly and makes sure that clients are always warmly greeted. I have also received greeting cards for my birthday and for when I first opened my account with the bank. I have a business checking account with Fidelity and highly recommend them! Update: Everyone at this branch is as sweet as ever, and I always enjoy talking to them when I go in there. They seem to care about how their clients are doing. Fidelity has the nicest people! :)

  We have been banking with Fidelity for over 20 years and love them! Our first account was opened in the downtown Raleigh branch (currently Death&Taxes) which always provided the best service. That branch moved to Cameron Village and we love it just as much. The staff is always ready to help in any way and genuinely get to know their clients by name. The customer service is excellent and I know we would not receive the same at the larger banks. You will not be disappointed by opening an account with them. Swing by and talk with Rosa or Dee, they are very professional and helpful!!

  I use Fidelity Bank for my small business and have done so for over 4 years now. Since day one, I've felt incredibly welcome, specifically at the Oberlin location. Even though my business is in Apex and I do much of the day-to-day at that branch, this location has still gone above and beyond from a customer service standpoint. They've sent me hand-signed cards for the holidays and the birth of my son, and most recently, John Kinneer worked with me personally to help me secure a second PPP loan, which will be huge in ensuring the future success of my business through this crazy COVID world we're currently living in! I HIGHLY recommend them to any and everyone!

  Personalised banking is rare these days. I have found it again here at this branch of Fidelity Bank. A locally owned bank! I have missed quality, personal banking since leaving Florida. 50 years of personalised banking. Then I met David, stopped by to chat and there was Leslie, an incredible bank manager that left the bank I was at. I had know idea where she was. Now I have personalised banking back in my life! Even though I have only been with them a short time, 2 years, It has been consistently, very attentive, personal banking. You could not be happier then banking at Fidelity on Oberlin Fidelity Say Hi to Dee, Rose, Leslie, David... They all have position titles, and thy don't sit behind their titles. you will always be helped by everyone available.If you have potential financial plans, tell them, they are fantastic at helping and connecting you to others to also assist you. This is as short as I could write to assure you, go this week and visit Fidelity Bank on Oberlin Rd.
