  Today I opened up a BOA account with Ms. Jasmine she is such a lovely individual. Very patient and answered all of my questions, HONESTLY! 10/10 recommend❤️❤️❤️ Thank you again Ms. Jasmine ☺️

  As I write this I am currently standing in line, been here 20 mins, its Tuesday and they only have 1 available teller. There are 6 employees in here. 1:58pm Tuesday, December 22nd 2021. There is also a line forming behind me and there was only 2 people 8nfront of me when I got here.

  Please be careful..... I stopped by this branch to make a withdrawal and deposit two Checks. When I checked online I notice that the withdrawal had posted but the deposits had not. I tried calling the bank various times but no answers. I spent hours with on the phone with the Bank of America Claims department and still haven't resolved my issue. I made a mistake of not verifying the receipt that the teller gave me. So Please be Careful. (Just found out that the checks were cashed.). It took a little over a month but Bank of America resolved the issue.

  Needed documents notarized and tried to book an appointment here online but it says this location is not accepting appointments. I called about 4x to try and ask questions about how to be seen then, but of course nobody answered. I drove here just for her to tell me that I needed an appointment. So if appointments are necessary why doesn’t your website allow us to book one online? Expecting people to drive here just to book an appointment & be seen two days later is a waste of time and gas. I went to UPS and got both documents notarized for only $8, way more convenient & no appt necessary. It literally took 2 mins to stamp the paper, I doubt the notary couldn’t see me the same day...the lady at the desk didn’t even try and ask smh

  Don’t even waste your time going here wish I could give it 0 stars. Gave me an extremely hard time cashing a check and depositing it into my account. When the other location does it with ease and excellent customer service. Went to Wells Fargo down the street and the service is a million times better. Also there manager stares at you the whole time made me feel extremely uncomfortable almost called the police.

  Almost Everytime I go to this location it ends up taking me anywhere from 45 minutes up to an hour to make a simple ATM deposit! There is always a long line of cars waiting to use the drive thru ATM machines because a tech is repairing 3 of them. You either can't make cash deposits or check deposits. The staff is clueless. They just stand around like their only job is to look professional but have no people or customer service skills what so ever. This is by far the worse location I have ever been to. The sad part is that it is located in Market Square which is a nice location.

  Absolutely hate this location. My landlord banks here so I have no choice but to use them when making deposits. Extremely short staff. Only have to come here once a month and EVERYTIME I spend at least 20 minutes in line. Right now there's 7 ppl in line, one teller. Manager is behind the desk cackling and carrying on not helping anyone, while the line grows. Horrible customer service. ThEn the manager comes out and starts at the BACK of the line. I'm so done. I hate this bank

  I came to Take Up for this Location!!! They service people the same as any other. The REASON they have longer lines is because yall Niggas REFUSE to do Mobile Banking... Some crazy chick said "ON THE NICER SIDE OF TOWN they are faster etc and gave 1 start!!! You can get money multiple ways... People are lazy as hell and expect the most when it comes to our own community! DRIVE 🚗 y'all Butts to the other side. CAMP CREEK IS A THRIVING AREA and located right off a MAJOR HIGHWAY! EVERYONE wants to Bank there because of its proximity and area!

  I experienced possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced from the alleged manager, Wanda. She used the most condescending tone as I explained I was newly married and new to the area. She sarcastically congratulated me and proceeded to say my marriage license was not legitimate (simply because it was issued out of state). When I explained that I had already I completed my current request at a previous time at the same branch, she questioned whether I knew someone to get a "hook up." She had awful rapport and I worry about her overseeing the customer service for the branch as a whole, with her role as a manager. I filed a formal complaint with BOA corporate but I wanted to warn future patrons before they fell victim to her poor communication skills.

  Awful experience today. All of the teller assist machines were inoperable and only one teller was available to assist customers while 4 other employees were behind the counter. There is no drivethru banking at this location so it was clear the other employees were not actively assisting other customers. I was number 11 in line and there was a line behind me going out the door. One employee was twisting her hair. She needs to be reminded she is at work.
