Trinity Washington4Was a little slow because they only had one teller at first but the wonderful lady with the locks stepped in and the line went by faster. She was very sweet and super helpful.

Matt H1This is the worst Wells Fargo branch I have ever been to. They made me sit at the window for an hour before acknowledging me so I could deposit a check. In addition, they were rude about it. That is not acceptable.

Jessica Witherspoon2This branch moves incredibly slow, and does not value the time or importance of the customer. I’ve been to this bank multiple times for all of which were simple transactions (like making a deposit, or cashing a check).. Every time I’ve went to this particular location (because it’s so close and convenient to the house), I’m always left waiting for long, extended periods of time. No other Wells Fargo’s seem to present this issue. This location has got to do better.

Fatima Kasiah1Terrible service. I went in for a line of credit extension, was advised more information was needed and was never able to contact the banker there again after leaving MULTIPLE voicemails and sending MULTIPLE emails. Awful.

deana randleman1If I could give negative stars for this location, I would. The bank doesn’t close until 12pm on a Saturday. When I get here at 11:23am, the line of cars waiting to be assisted by a teller is wrapped around the building. After sitting in a line that was moving slower than a snail and wasn’t moving for 30 minutes, their security guard comes out and places a sign that says they are closed and we would have to use the ATM or come back. I’m okay with them closing, but if anything, they should service the cars waiting in line that made it into the parking lot and placed the closed sign at the entry to the drive/parking lot. This was an extreme NEGATIVE customer experience, period!! The inside of the bank is only open by appointment only due to the pandemic. Do they not understand that many people aren’t able to get to the branch during the week or even as soon as it opens or early on a Saturday due to life’s circumstances?!?! Clearly, they are NOT customer service oriented and only care about going home. Here’s a suggestion, especially during this pandemic, you could at least extend the hours of operation on a Saturday, or again, if you’re going to stop additional people being serviced, stop it at the entry of the parking lot!! But I guess, common sense isn’t common. Not everything can be handled by the ATM!!! I am seriously upset and believe me, Wells Fargo just lost a customer!!! I mean really, the security guard then proceeded to follow the car that he put the closed sign by to ensure no one else got behind it!!! Really?!?! If the guard had that much time on his hands he could’ve placed the sign at the entry of the parking lot and directed the traffic so the it flowed better to ensure Wells Fargo’s customers got their needs met!!! Pathetic and VERY unprofessional!!! So... in my opinion, NO ONE needs to frequent this location because clearly the concept of good customer service eludes them!!!! I sure as heck won’t be coming back! For the time I waited in line, I could’ve went to another location and got my needs met!!!

Dolores Mitchell1The drive thru is entirely too slow. In line in car for 45 minutes . Ridiculous. I’m just cashing check deposit and get money back. Come up here every month for my mom. I have POA and ask me same questions if she is in the car. REALLY.

Minellie Vansen Parker1Very very slow service waited 2 hours to open a bank account. We made an appointment and got there 15 minutes late because we went to the wrong bank instead the manager asked another banker to help us he just kept saying we have appointments all day like really smh worst experience ever never going back there still didn’t open my account crazy rite.

Joseph Hambrite1Very poor customer service. Drive thru extremely slow. Tellers with sarcastic attitudes. Branch Manager not responsive to Customer Concerns. Had to call and file a complaint with Corporate before manager returned a call. I will not patronize this location anymore.
