      Terrible Customer Service. Vice President Assistant, was a very rude and careless person and she didn't know her own job. Site managers should delegate jobs to the right people. I almost quite banking with BoK. However, my wounds were healed by another branch.

      Too bad there aren't NEGATIVE STARS so I could give this DUMP the review it truly deserves. These people don't know anything about customer service. I can't tell you the number of times I've been here and they have a long line and ONE -- ONE - teller behind the desk. Other people have voiced similar complaints while in line. You go down to PNC and they have two or three tellers. I have better things to do than wait in line 10 minutes for a simple transaction. I guess these cheapskates are saving a buck by not having customer service readily available. Do yourself a favor and open your account somewhere else unless you like standing in line and being ignored.
