  New American Funding was amazing. Mrs Virginia Ellison was an excellent loan officer we are first time home buyers and she answered every question and concern we had. I never felt like we were unaware of what was going on the entire time. We were informed every step of the way. Mrs. Virginia after we closed on our house sent us well wishes. Communication, customer service, and availability was awesome.
