  Went to 4 locations before they would cash my BOA check...... looking at me like im trying to cash a fraudulent check... if you wont cash your own checks than who will? Then go out of their way while already getting nowhere to nag you about how bad of a choice your bank is and that you should switch because the only people that can help you are the ones that mess it up! AVOID THIS BANK

  I'm not sure if they have changed management, but my experience here today, 2/28/20, has been the best one yet. Everyone was very patient and kind. I am a student and often have had a hard time at banks with rude tellers. I obviously dont make a lot of money right now because I'm in school, but it was very nice to be treated the same as everyone else. Thank you to all the staff who were able to help me today.

  Nice Branch. Great people to help you. Unfortunately Bank of America the parent company is one of the WORST bank to deal with . They froze my account without sending any alert to me . I had to reschedule all the payments that were cancelled as a result. Next month I had to set up all the automatic payments that I had in place AGAIN. Had to set up my e bills too from scratch . Bank of America just treats their customers like numbers . The people at branch are nice . The Corporation is worst in customer service.

  I agree with corporate's don't care attitude towards their customers. I finale moved my business account to another bank. They didn't care that we ran $50,000,000 a year thru their local branch. people at this local branch have gotten better. Not that long ago i got into a heated argument with the then branch manager trying to close 10 min. early on a Saturday. No explanation than they were just lazy

  This Colleyville Bank of America Branch makes me want to jump out of the window. I mobile deposit my paper checks to avoid going into this location. Two ladies stand out in the entry way doing nothing but chit chat with each other while one rude teller tells me she can't help me because there's an existing client in the bathroom. I CANNOT STAND THIS BRANCH!

  They deserve a 5 stars just for staying open till 5 o'clock for goodness sakes, I hate that the other ones are closed at 4 even the drive through

  They never answer the phone, their tellers are rude and the Merril Edge team is impossible tio get a hold off. Very disappointed with this location.
