  This was my first time buying a house even looking at houses, and lets just say I was scared and excited at the same time. Trying to buy a house can be very stressful whether it is your first time or not. Caleb's wife helped me look for houses, and she was amazing, kind, and understanding. Caleb does the financing part and he was amazing as well, he made sure I had people help me fill out the forms that were needed and guide me through it. They helped find ways to help me with my down payment and closing cost because I did not have enough. Caleb's team made me feel that I was important, and they always explained what they needed when I did not understand. When ever I needed to talk to Caleb he would always text me back or call me back when he was able too, he always took the time when I needed to talk to him. Caleb, his team and his Wife was the best decision I ever made and I will go back to them when I am ready to refinance my house.

  We've worked with Caleb and Willow Bend on three occasions. The first when we purchased our house and again on two refinances. He and his team worked diligently and quickly with us each time. When we had questions, their responses were timely and addressed our issues completely. We were kept informed of where we were in the process throughout.   Caleb Buczek was absolutely amazing to work with! He did an incredible job keeping me up to date on the whole home buying process. He not only responded in a timely manner but he also provided me with detail information on all of my questions that I asked.   I will say the process of getting pre-approved for a loan as a family who has been 1099’s for a few years was scary. We had multiple lenders completely turn us away for a year and half for that reason alone. Once I was introduced to Joey and Caleb from Willow Bend all that changed! They were more than willing to not only help us through the process, but they got us exactly what we wanted! Being a first time home buyer I had many many questions and they never hesitated to answer all of them. I have already recommended them to all my other hairstylist friends searching for their home and I will continue to recommend them to all my 1099 friends and family. They work with w2 as well and that process is definitely a more simple one. But to those independent contractors who are scared that they won’t get approved or even looked at, Willow Bend is the place for you!! I will use them with any future purchases as well!

  Another re-finance with Caleb Buczek at Willow Bend that went so smooth. Caleb just saved me a couple hundred dollars a month. And I am getting a lot back from my escrow.   I contacted Caleb after deciding to cut ties with another mortgage lender. I was already under contract for the property and time was running out. Caleb pushed our loan through, and helped us close on time according to the original contract. Needless to say, I had a great experience with his services, highly recommended.
