Ken Kuhn1Tried to stop a transfer I made on line because I found out that the account I transfer money to no longer exists..I was on the phone for 1 hour and 45 min...and then was told it would take up to 45 days to confirm that the account no longer exists...really? Why not just call the bank I made the transfer to and ask if that account still exists ? I asked, if the account doesn't exist wouldn't the bank get a message saying no such account exists? They didn't know...They said someone else could have gotten that account number...REALLY!..

Jessi1I was unable to get a live customer service agent using the so-called priority platinum member service phone number because it couldn't understand me saying, "yes" at the prompt for customer serivce and HUNG UP ON ME. So, I called the local branch four times and they do not answer the phone, do not provide a voicemail or transfer to someone else, and will HUNG UP ON ME again when I dialed 0 in an attempt to get a human. They do not offer all services online so they need to answer the phone when you have an issue, especially with their system making mistakes with my money. I cannot do what I need to do on the website because the bank does not offer that option, so I need to speak to a human. If this bank is "too big" then you have enough well-paid employees to provide minimal customer service, but hanging up on customers is unacceptable. We're in an inflation, where competitor banks want people to switch from BofA and are providing incentives to do it. Where's my incentive to stay? Your so-called perks and bonuses don't pay out as promised and you don't answer the phone when I ask you to make it right. If you only want bad customers who lie, cheat, steal, and overdraft, then just say so, the good people of the world will go someplace else. It appears Susan responded, but there's no way to respond to her. I would like an actual way to contact the actual business, I'm not interested in your social media games. I don't have Twitter or Facebook Messenger. Why are you only utilizing certain social media? Why aren't you making yourselves available to everyone?

Distracted by Life1The absolute worst bank EVER. Let our account get hacked for hundreds of thousands of dollars, constantly charged twice anywhere we go, constant overdraft fees for just a few pennies, account will be placed on hold after verifying payments multiple times and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. No wonder they had to be bailed out by the government. They absolutely SUCK in so many ways. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT THERE. You will regret it once they start stealing your $ and giving the stupidest reasons for doing so.

Lisa Seifert2I came in wanting to do business with this bank. I am a credit card customer and wanted to get a cash advance. I was not helped. Instead i heard a litany of "no," and "you cant..." I was willing to open an account there and still, no, and you cant... The person at the counter did not know what to do, and someone behind her was negatively correcting her. and its all behind glass. They cant help you and thats just how it is. The guard outside was the most helpful of all.

Sarah Compton5I am a 15+ year customer, with my personal, mortgage, as well as 7 separate business checking accounts. This branch does an exemplary job of taking care of my needs. I understand that all national banks have corporate policies and fee schedules to follow, and they do their best to serve my needs anyway. The small, local banks I've dealt with as a potential customer were condescending and uninterested in my business. I know there are a lot of B of A haters out there, but I'm NOT one of them.

Jesse Larsen1Apparently their managers are also signature analysis experts. Just came in to cash 2 checks just to be held up for as long as possible while they cross reference signatures and try to call the person who wrote the checks who is out of town. He obvoisly just scratched a quick signature and they looked about the same to me. These aren't huge checks and i have cashed many checks here before. So after calling and confirming with the persin who wrote the check they are now charging me 16 dollars to do cash their own checks. They were rude and lied about being trained in recognizing signatures lol. What a load of carp. I would never bank with this establishment... Nathan was his name

Allison Dalelio1Amanda is the worst. This branch is the worst. They wouldn't verify funds for deposits DESPITE the fact that the funds were written on BofA paper, AND we have deposited MANY checks from this source over the last several years. The westside branch is amazing, but they were aghast at down town's actions. These actions were avoidable and a different resolution could've been done...however Amanda lied and said the actions couldn't be done (westside branch and national 800# said she could've done those actions). The actions of this branch and Amanda specifically have caused several local families not to be able to buy groceries this week...so thanks.

Mekosky James1i Have been banking with Bank of america for about 2 years. The first year banking with them i had terrible service, i am a High school student with not much income so when i had a low amount of money in my Account they would charge me a Monthly maintenance fee of 30 Dollars after that they then charged me a overdraft fee of 30-45 Dollars all because i had not even a dollar in my bank. i Couldn't pay the fees because i have no job. when i went in to discuss it with them they gave me attitude and not good service. Long story Short i didn't pay the money i got my way and got the fees voided, 2nd year banking with them i have had multiple monthly maintenance fees because i dont have much money in the bank. i'm Going in today to cancel my account to head over to O-BEE credit union
