Jason Belles1I was given a $50 parking ticket for running to grab a food order across the street after using the ATM. When contacting the branch for assistance, Adam was extremely rude and basically sad nothing could be done. I have closed all my accounts with this bank and will be banking with BECU moving forward. Avoid this bank at ALL costs, they don't care about you, just how much money they can bilk from you.

Marcus McCoy1After using us bank as my bank for over 30 years, I am leaving and taking my buisness else where. I was given a 50$ parking ticket by a private parking enforcement in the US bank parking lot, at my own bank. The parking attendant flipped me off used vulgar language and when I reported this to the usbank branch they told me they didn't hire him personally and to have a nice day. Massive unprofessional behavior. You have lost a long term customer.

Paul Gardner3There was a problem with a house title that did not get processed properly. I tried for months with corporate and the Lacey branch with no help, many voicemails and calla never returned, and general lack of care or effort. Finally, I tried the same thing at this branch and the assistant manager listened with empathy, followed up, and went to bat for me with corporate and got it done. This was a huge relief and I really appreciate the efforts of the staff at this branch.

Lilith Mase1Us bank froze my card then told me it's because I used the pin to many times, then said it was fraudulent activity obviously someone lied. I was also hung up on and transfered back to the main menu multiple times. Either way I had driven into town to get food meds and gas now ill be spending my night in my truck in a Walmart parking lot waiting because "its my fault and there's nothing that can be done."

Shannon Sawyer (Sockninja)1The bank works harder at issuing parking tickets than actually financing people. The road was under construction with little to no parking in the area and in under 5 minutes of leaving my car they left a 30+ dollar ticket. But reading the reviews on this place that seems to be how this bank makes most of their money.

Tim Babcock1Worst bank ever. Charges you to cash there own checks. And not even that but 7. Makes me feel as though they aren't making enough holding on to others money. Location sucks and the teller just looked bank at her manager. I think it sums up a bank that will slowly go out of business. So don't let them hold on to your money just imagine the fees they hide to have an account.

I had to get some documents notarized and both people who helped me on the phone made sure I knew all of the pieces of ID I needed before arriving. I appreciated how thoughtful they were and went out of their way to make sure I didn't need to take another trip.

Kathy Townsend5I just had the most amazing experience at this branch. I was warmly greeted as I entered the branch and told someone would be right with me (everyone was busy with a customer). Matthew was the first to become available. He came over to where I was waiting and asked how he could help. We went to his desk and he got my business account all setup. Very friendly and professional help. Glad I made the drive.

Beezow Zopittybop-bop-bop1I went there to send some money via Western Union and they drove me out of there and lied to me telling me that Western Union had a policy that you can't send money unless you have an account with them. It's a good bank to go to, I guess, if you don't want to see anyone who looks like they might smell, because they are working hard at it. I just wish I could have sent the money order.
