  We do a lot of business in Powell, Ohio and even though our account is not with this location the staff is always very helpful.

  Terrible bank and branch. They cancelled my small business account for no reason at all (probably because I am Hispanic and must be a criminal). Then they my held my balance for awhile without any access. Finally they sent a cashier’s check made out to the business but when I tried to cash it as the sole manager of the business and account they told me they could not do that. So I really need the money now but have to wait until I open a new business account with another bank, deposit the check, and finally have access to my money. No explanation given about anything...why the account was closed, why the check was delayed, why they can’t cash it. The manager is worthless at this branch. Terrible.

  If there is a zero star I would give it to this branch. Such a horrible manger Ed and Martin they’re not knowledgeable enough to even work at a bank. My issue was solved by another branch very easily but they made it so difficult and impossible to solve so I would not recommend this place.

  Was treated with no respect. I was cashing a check and was treated like I was there to commit fraud or rob the place. I will NEVER do business here again. If I could give zero stars I would!

  Very bad manger and staff they don’t answer the phone and if they do they hang up on people disrespectful workers
