  For a 1st time home buyer with no experience I would not recommend. Had to send them the same paperwork 3 or 4 times had to deal with 3 or 4 different people and the amount of money for closing changed 4x in a week. Even was called in the later stages of the loan process and asked for paperwork for someone else's loan packet. -- worked with dave and his team

  Dave at Envoy did a remarkable job. We closed on our home in Florida in 3 weeks. I highly recommend Dave. Its worth the consultation. Friendly, courteous and very accessible to get the job done. I never met Dave as he lives in the Midwest. It didn't matter at all. He closed a loan for my brother in a short period of time as well, both VA loans.
