      I’ve been to many conventional banks and credit unions alike. Kemba’s Powell staff are outstanding. They are always professional and very helpful with all of my questions. Most importantly, they treat you like family. Amanda always greets you by name!

      I have an autoloan through Kemba that was setup with the dealership I purchased my vehicle from. Had I known they'd be so difficult to work with, I would have used another lender. Their website is horrible. I'm in the IT field and I've never had so many issues with using a website of any bank like I have with Kemba. Also, once I was approved for my loan, I never got a single letter, payment book, or a statement from Kemba. I had to call them to get my account number in order to pay them, and even doing that took several tries. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired as well. As soon as I can, I will be refinancing with another bank.

      My experience with KEMBA has been exceptional so far. I wish I had known about them sooner. I've only been a member for just a couple weeks, and already Ryan Hoarce, the branch manager, has spent so much time with me and showed me how to save so much money in my monthly budget.       Credit unuon Philosophy is people helping people. I visited the credit union and they didnt have the time for me people helping people. Ibwas definitely not a person who was helped. Got an account at bridge cu.. Thanks for nothing.. I was 200% dissatisfied

      I got a car loan through Kemba a little over a year ago. The percentage rates they offered were far below what other banks were offering. I will be looking into home loan offers when the time comes.

      Fantastic staff, and a bank that TRULY cares about you as a person , not just an account balance. Amanda and Yasmine in particular make me understand how my parents developed a easy going relationship with a bank teller, while being knowledgeable about the latest in banking, I. E mobile banking, Android pay etc
