      It is unfortunate that BOA has very few banking centers with a lobby open on the West side. Trying to get to the bank between 9-4 (Mon-Fri) is tough for working adults. With COVID numbers decreasing, I don't understand why the lobby hours can not be expanded, at least another location open on Saturday. I tried to setup a student checking and getting appointments after school was difficult. It seemed some of the online appointments are a week out. I tried calling two of the BOA locations' local numbers and nobody picked up the phone after several tries.

      Terrible customer service. Was in an urgent need to add my wife's name to our bank account and we got in before they closed but we were asked to come back another day. Pretty sure my money is going somewhere else in the near future.

      I've had past experience with bankers switching branches and not notifying me of the change when I had an upcoming appointment scheduled. Very unprofessional. I am also unhappy with the change in hours of service. How is anybody with a working job supposed to go to the bank when they are only open 10 to 4 Monday through Friday?! No weekend hours or later hours. I don't get off until 4. Not sure who decided this but obviously weren't thinking about their customers.

      Worst bank I have ever had dealings with. I will never open an account here. No drive through service with Covid and after waiting in line for 30 min to cash a check they tell me I first have to be approved by a banker since I am not an account holder there. So another round of waiting in the covid packed lobby. No wonder your branches keep having to close. I will never take another check from this bank again. Try a credit union they actually care about your business.

      This is supposedly why I use the largest bank in america, to have easy access, plenty of locations and supposedly a few people that can help. A couple of years ago they closed all of the drive-thru's and now we have Covid and no one can get any kind of service. The Westlink branch is non existent also. We just wanna use the night drop off I mean how hard is that there's never any envelopes which I can prepare for. At this point time I would recommend finding a different bank a credit Union something. I know Covid 19 is taking a toll on banks but people have to do their business. This is simply to the point it is unacceptable anymore all locations no stars. My signature card said I have been with this bank since 1993.

      Terrible service. Untrained staff. Totally ridiculous. DO NOT BANK WITH BANK OF AMERICA unless you enjoy poor service, non-responsive and untrained staff and a terrible customer experience.

      The only reason I've dealt with this bank is because it's the one closest to me and I thought it would be the most convenient. But boy was I wrong. In the past I've waited in line for way too long with only a couple people ahead of me. Today I tried calling to speak to a live person and I kept ringing for 15 minutes I finally gave up in hung up.

      20 min wait and $8 charge to cash a check out of my mother's account because I don't have an account with Bank of America? Highway robbery slowly. I will recommend she changes banks with better customer service, etc.

      Worst banking service I have ever came across. These people trick you into opening a new account on false promises. I have been promised to get an account opening credit and I have told that I need to wait for like 90 days to get it in my account, which I waited. Now when the time came to give a credit, they are giving a reason that credits are given only to selected customers. This is just a trick to get more customers and leave them unsatisfied with the useless apologies. If that's the case, representative should not give fake promises. Anytime I call their office, no one picks the business phone. The probability of them answering the call is 1/20 and I am not exaggerating. The only Star I gave here is to be able to write this review.
