  I was referred to Michael by a family member and I was pleasantly surprised at how willing he was to help me with my past experiences from realtors who have put people like me on the back burner or lower on the priority list because of the cheaper houses I was looking at but Michael and his team always seemed to be happy helping me and guiding me in the right direction with all of my first time buyers questions. They overcame large hurdles that were not apparent in the beginning and made sure I got closed on my house with no issues. I would highly recommend him and his team.

  We were referred to Mike and his team at Open Mortgage by our financial advisor. We had been having some difficulty with another lender and the process had not been smooth. I talked with Mike to see if he would be able to help us. He felt confident his team could handle our situation. And he did! Once he took over our loan it was all smooth after that. His team kept us up to date frequently and I really appreciated text communication and reminders. All of the team was courteous and helpful. I would recommend Mike!

  Michael and his team have been extremely helpful throughout the entire process of buying my house and getting my mortgage. They worked quickly to meet a 30 day closing deadline and answered any questions I had at just about any time of day. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know buying a house.

  I am incredibly satisfied with the hard work and dedication that Mike Gonzales and the entire MTG Family Mortgage team put forward during one of the hardest seasons of my life, with personal struggles, during COVID19, under financial hardship, and with a a tough real estate market... Mike Gonzalez and his team supported me during these difficult times and were able to formulate a strategic real estate investing plan in order to catapult my business goals and ideals for the future. During a span of approximately two months, the MTG Family Mortgage team was able to assist me with the re-financing of 2 investment properties and 1 new conventional loan, ALL AT THE SAME TIME!   We worked with Michael and his team to purchase out first home, and though the home buying process is stressful, they helped us have the best experience. We felt they were very knowledgeable, patient and understanding. They were prompt when answering any questions (and we had a ton) and really made our home buying experience a great one. We won’t hesitate to refer them to friends and family and use them on any future home purchases!
