      I don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews. This is my Favorite bank, the closest one to my house, the employees are always very friendly, always ready to help, all my problems are solved very quickly, even without an apointing. Joseph is super professional! Natasha is always kind and ready to help. I don’t remember the others by name, but all the guys are cool!

      Rude rude rude. I went there 3 times, 1st time the deposit was done quickly and everything went ok. 2nd time line was out of the door and the teller was slow and needed some training. I figured I would give it another chance. 3rd time, no line (great!), got the same teller and she was jut rude. Wow, no customer service skills whatsoever. I gave her the check to deposit and showed a copy of the invoice with account and routing numbers; after starring at her computer screen for 15 mins and not being able to figure out how to make a deposit into commercial account, she had to ask for help from her co-worker. It only took 30 seconds after that. At the end she made several comments about how I should not waste her time and provide all of this info when I come in next time. I have never ever heard a teller telling me that I am wasting her time. She kept making remarks even after I turned away and was walking out of the door. I am still shocked. Of course, I will never go back to this teller. Even if I have to wait in line longer... The other teller was helpful and nice.

      My family has unresolved issues with this bank, after establishing a relationship that's lasted over two decades, Bank of America refuses to return a large sum of funds, nor provide proof of what has happened to the funds that was deposited into my family's account. Bank of America claims they returned the funds to the sender, after providing a document stating that the funds were in their possession. The sender has not received the return in the timely manner of which it should have. I will never trust Bank of America with my finances again! I would like to acknowledge one bank associate at this location that expressed extreme patience, and empathy to our situation. I only wished I knew his name, he should receive a promotion.

      I ordered something free (my mistake) and the company send me a 6 months supply which i didn't want. I went to the bank and filed fraud charges. They took it off. In the meantime I send the package back, only it came back with "NO SUCH ADDRESS" stamped on it. The company then put the charge back on my credit card. I called the bank again and was told that I have to pay for it since it was shipped to me. I even mailed them copies of the package. Next thing I'm going to do is close all my accounts with them

      Extremely rude employees working there. I have been a customer dating back to Seafirst bank in old Mukilteo. A few months back I transferred some funds around out of Merrill Lynch since they were doing nothing for me. This started a chain of fees which never were resolved up until I had no choice but to finally close my accounts after 30+ years with them. I kept going in to get them reversed and complying with the set qualifications to not experience them but they continued anyways and seemed to change. I received several different stories of why they were happening until the last time coming in when I was talked down to and treated extremely rudely so I finally said enough. I would never recommend them. Especially the Mukilteo branch which has quickly gone downhill after they use to really care about their customers. It is very sad to see what has happened to what use to be such a great bank who truly cared about their customers

      I had an appointment today with Samuel Webb to discuss a fraudulent transaction. Samuel was very professional and apologetic to the matter. He remembered me from months ago when I had an issue at another branch. I could tell he loves what he does and definitely deserves 5 stars. Thank you again for helping me on the matter, and am so glad to be working with you directly.

      Thank you Natasha at the Mukilteo Bank Of America branch for your unwelcoming, unprofessional and just worse attitude I’ve ever had to deal with at BOA. I hope you find the right career because unfortunately it seems like BOA ain’t for you. I can’t wait to pay off my credit card at the place and just be done. Thank you BOA for all those great years but please fix the face of your company!

      Unprofessional and disrespectful. I went into this branch today in hopes of depositing money into an account (not my own). The lady, whom I first greeted, informed me I would have to bank there myself in order to make a cash deposit into someone else’s account. It seemed odd but policy is policy- I asked to open an account. She told me to sit and wait for the next available ‘Relationship Manager’.— Olamide D. After introducing herself she went through the general, “How can I help you today?”. I explained why I wanted to open an account. I needed to deposit money into this persons account and I’m not able to do so without having an account of my own. This next part is verbatim of the conversation. “You can’t open an account just to transfer money into someone’s account.”- O.D. “Why not? “ Me—— Looking back, I could have worded that question differently. However, she was telling me I couldn’t open an account there, regardless my reasons- WHICH keep in mind she is not aware of- I will be regularly (at least twice monthly) depositing and transferring money. That’s why when I was told there was no way to deposit the funds the way I had initially planned, I just automatically assessed that opening an account was the logical path. “Because you can’t just open an account to transfer someone money.” -O.D. “Excuse me?... Ok....... I would like to open an account.” Listen I’m a busy person. The only free time I have is when my head hits the pillow- as of like now. So, I don’t have time to give someone- who isn’t privileged to my life’s situation- a low down to get things I need done, done. “Ma’am, calm down.” O.D. Raising her voice and moving her hands as if to say calm down. “Huh? Am I coming off aggressive? Why did you tell me to calm down? I apologize if you took my tone that way but I need to open this account- what are the requirements?” I’m getting annoyed at this point, up until this point I’m half focused on what I need to get done and not on what I’m actually doing so this jerked my full attention. “Yes ma’am. You are. You can not open an account to transfer someone money.” O.D. “I would like to know what I ne.. (I stopped what I was saying because she flipped her chair around to grab a pamphlet and kinda tossed it on the table) I’m sorry could I please speak to your manager. I feel as if you’re being extremely hostile towards me. I rather wait for another banker.” “Sure, have a seat” O.D. The entire time being extremely ill-mannered and rough in demeanor. And after about ten minutes another Relationship Manager helped me and understood exactly what I was needing and hurried through the process. I was pissed tbh the more I sat there thinking about what just happened. and then asked to speak to the manager of the branch. That’s when Aron came into the picture. I was even more so disappointed. He didn’t seem phased at all, he seemed a bit annoyed too, to be pulled away from whatever it was he was doing to listen to wait appeared to be completely disregarded as I spoke the words. He was standing for the first few seconds as if to say hurry up. Then I asked him to sit so I could explain what had happened. In the end he didn’t say a word and left. He wasn’t rude, but was definitely not interested in dealing with the situation. Bank of America has an AMAZING mobile app, but this entire experience makes me mad still. I want to like Bank of America, even more so after looking more into what they do have to offer but now I’m going to have to go to a branch further away from home because these people are not worth the negative energy that comes with the convenience of the location.
