  Very inexpensive vehicles! I can't believe how cheap some of the prices are! John Cooper is the owner, and is a great guy! Fun and honest and a good Christian man. I've done business many times with John at New Creations and have always been happy with my purchases.

  These guys are absolute crooks! we decided to get a little SUV for a third vehicle and came across a 2005 land rover for a good price. The advertisement claimed it was in great condition and will provide "many more years of enjoyment". Well, after 1 week of ownership the engine blew and left my family stranded. After trying to get back in touch with them, they became ghosts. They are cool up front, but once they get their money they could care less about you. I really don't know how these guys are still in business with all the similar reviews out there. I just don't know how they sleep at night and should be ashamed to even look at themselves in the mirror.

  Looked at a couple Subarus and test drove a Honda Accord! Both subaru was oil leakers! The Honda barely made it back to lot! Buying from this lot is buy a lemon for high price! I reported this dealership to DOL

  Showed up at 6. They close at 7. Threw out our looking at cars the guy told us three times how happy he was to be off at 7... We test drove two cars asked a few questions which he did not know the answer to and had to google on his phone. We said we needed a min to discuss if we wanted to buy either of the cars. The guy said ok and after he walked away we could not for the life of us get his attention to come back over and talk to us. It was as if he was just trying to get us out of there quick. It became apparent this was just the guy who cleans the cars and puts up the balloons not a sales person. We finally decided on a 2000$ car cheap and seemed to run good. We finally got into the office he said ill have you guys out of here with your car in just a few mins. He had us fill out the paper work and says oh you guys need an 800$ loan well we cant do this today we have to call the loan agency and I cant do it right now because I have to leave at 7 call tomorrow first thing in the morning. since they close in 20 mins we ask if they can hold the car for us till they open in the morning we can be there first thing. He said no. On there web site with 1200$ down on a 2000$ car it says our payments will be 25$ a month. We intended on paying it off with in 3 months with money we were getting from our old car. So we call at 10:30 because they open at 10 and no one is in the office. call back at 11:30 they say oh we haven't heard back from the loan company yet but it looks like u have good credit but high rent for your house we will call you when we hear from the loan company. They call us back at 1pm and say we are just turning in your paper to the loan company they will u call u no later than 3. We thought they turned in that paper at 10 am when they opened but that was a lie. We never got a call at 3 so we called back at 5. They say they cant give us the small 800$ loan we need because we have high rent at our house. That is the worst reason to not let some one buy a car. Went to a dealer ship 1 mile down the road and walked away with a car an hour later. Same price same loan but great customer service.This dealer ship is a joke there 'business' card has the phone number for Obama the Pope and the President of Russia.....

  Did not buy a car here because the vehicle that was supposed to be in great condition with no issues had a check engine light and ABS light, not to mention damp seats from the leaky sunroof. Tried to pass it off as "probably just the gas cap." Nice try.

  If you decide to buy from this dealership after reading my review please, please have your car check before buying it. If I could give zero stars I would. My brother made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle from John Cooper and New Creation Auto Sales this month. My Brother thought everything was great, John the owner was very nice to him to even let him pay the remaining balance in payments. The same day he took the car home, while pumping gas the car broke down (in less than an hour). The very next day my brother contacted the dealership and spoke to John Cooper. He asked my brother to take the car back to fix at the dealership. While at the dealership, Mr. John Cooper turned very ugly to the point he threatened and said my brother didn't want to be deported or any trouble with immigration (this crazy man thinks because you are Hispanic you are illegal here) Finally Mr. Cooper took the car in to get it fix. My brother pick the car up two weeks later, because they knew the car was broken when he sold it (He doesn’t admit this, apparently for his mind set cars breaking in an hour is totally normal) they gave my brother an extra $700 discount. Less than two weeks later the car was in the same situation. The car broke again. I went to the dealership with my brother and when I explained the situation to him and asked him if he was willing to work with my to make the situation right I were told, "you signed the SOLD AS IS document, it isn't my problem".. Basically he sold my bother a vehicle he knew was going to break down sooner rather than later. We tried to work with Mr. Cooper on this situation but unfortunately his work ethics are so low that it is completely impossible. The only offer he gave us was to refund (purchase the car back for $850 after my brother paid $1700 cash. This man his business is completely FRAUD, and he call himself a Christian man. Businesses like this should be boycott. We might not be able to get back the rest of the money but I will do everything in my power to share this so people don't go to this place and get scam. We will filed complaints with the BBB and states attorney general. All I can say is buyer beware. Shame on you Mr. Cooper. Español- No compren carros en este dealer. Los carron los venden dañados y luego despues que hacen el reclamo el dueño amenaza con inmigracion. Ahorren su dinero. No dejemos que personas como estas se aprovechen de los demas.

  Overall pleasant experience, went in to look at a car and was told someone was coming in to look at it via appointment but he told us we could look at the car while we were checking it out he butted us out of the car to let the other person that wasn't there yet be able to look at it. Ended up buying the car and was a fairly fast transaction so overall good experience.
