  AMAZING SERVICE! So among a lot of people I don’t have the best credit and trying to get a vehicle seemed like a nightmare. I have gone to so many places in this area and turned away! So when I walked in I expected the same. No I got the exact opposite. If it wasn’t for Daniel I honestly don’t know what my next option would of been. If you think you have no where else to go and no one will accept you your wrong. I had one of the most complicated situations and I walked out 5 hours later with an amazing car for an amazing payment plan and interest rate. This place is amazing. Thank you guys so much for everything!

  Great place, got my car from there like a year ago and it STILL hasn't broke down. Just general maintance type stuff. Shout out to John for steppin up to the professional plate. And to top it all off, they were SUPER nice to my dog, spot made it out like a bandit with treats. HIGHLY recommend this place for your next car.

  Called to inquire about a new Car. I am bringing in all my paper work in to David V for 100% Approval. I did visit last week and I like their selection. David was not pushy and very professional. I have been following up with him trying to find what I need and each time he is very respectful and answers my 101 questions. It will be awesome once I drive away in my new car, the car I want. David is the to go guy if you need a new car and have a lot of questions. He also keeps it straight on what I need to bring no false hope. Buying car in a few weeks and telling my friends and family to talk to David. Great employee for a good company. I don't think some of these reviews are fair. I haven't had any issues. Or at least I got a good sales guy but they all seem to be really nice.

  Awesome dealership. Thought I would never get out if my priuse was so upside down. And there so resourceful. Was able to get out of that vehicle and am not upside down in current vehicle they finance. Was totally a great experience. 👍

  The definition of customer experience starts with Salman. That guy new exactly how to help me and take care of me. He truly is an asset to this company. This guy is going to go places in life and i enjoyed meeting him and getting to know him. A great experience overall

  I called today about buying a subaru! And nick one of there finance people would not tell me the price of any of the cars I asked about he told me just to come in tomorrow and we would look at them and get me financing. Which this rubbed me the wrong way. So on the cars was a dealer license plate on all of them so I called the dealer and they told me the prices. I called Nick back and asked if these prices were right and he lied about not knowing the prices so I told him thanks for his time but he lost my business

  Amazing experience. They accommodated all my needs with excellent efficiency. Highly professional as well as all the agents were king. Offering me comfort with snacks and beverages. I’m definitely coming back!

  So around the beginning of February I got a call from Corey offering to finance me a new car. I let him know my credit wasn’t the best and I was passively looking for a new car as I had a 2012 charger that was paid off and working fine. Corey was pretty persistent and I ended up going there and he did to his word put me in a new vehicle however that’s where the trouble started. They put me in a 2017 Chevy Malibu which broke down literally as I pulled off the lot with a “engine power reduced” error message on the dash. I called Corey and he told me to bring it back which I did. They took that car and gave me a loaner, put it in the shop and told me to come get it 3 weeks later. I picked it up and it was fine until it did it again on my way to Portland and let me point out this is a dangerous situation as the car would suddenly be unable to accelerate and it happened to me the second time on the freeway. I called them again and this time was told “hey you brought it as is, it’s nothing we can do, if you bring it back in we can try to put you in something else” I took it back on a Saturday and waited there 6 hours until finally they told me to go home and they’d call me when they found another car for me. They never called me and then Covid happened so when I called back they said they weren’t buying any cars so still didn’t have anything for me, all the while they are aware I’m driving a dangerous vehicle that literally broke down the moment I left their lot. I called them after Covid and told them my situation and they again said they’d call me back, as of today 08-13-2020 I still haven’t been called back. Lol, I took the car to another dealership (carmax) and traded it in, it took one day at carmax to do what auto loan USA couldn’t do in 6 months. Between them knowingly putting me in a dangerous vehicle and not even having the decency to call me back I’d give them ZERO stars if I could. -Donte Bell

  Bought a car here, 4 years ago. We were kind of in a bind and needed to get any type of vehicle that we could get approved for. Luckily, we were able to walk away with a decent size SUV to suit our needs. Unluckily, years later when trying to trade it in, a different dealer had a hard time wanting to accept the trade in because it had a bad CarFax history. Apparently, the sales person showed us a clean CarFax history but it must have been before an incident was reported. Any dealer I’ve taken the car to for trade in said that the CF history shows someone tampered with the frame of the vehicle(worse than being involved in an accident) but that was something the salesperson failed to mention or even show us on the CarFax. I will NEVER EVER purchase a car from here after being tricked into thinking I was getting a good deal, but getting screwed in the end. Save yourself some time and ago to a franchise dealership.
