  Terrible branch. Had US Savings bonds to redeem, after waiting in line for 40min the teller says they can only do a certain number at the window, so it will require 3 trips to bank or she suggested a schedule appointment with branch and do it with the banker at his desk. I did that. Showed up to appointment, banker says I have to wait in line for teller. Slow service, poor service. Branch sucks

  I don’t know what actual “service” they provide. I watched as they told several people waiting in the teller line, then me, that they couldn’t help them. I just wanted to deposit a little cash in my sister’s bank account. I’m giving you cash!!!! BOA really does make everything so difficult. I regret telling her to open an account with them, I will not be taking my business there as I was just considering getting a local bank since I moved here from out of state.

  Absolutely the worst banking experience I have ever had. Just needed to break down some change for a garage sale. No drive up tellers, line inside was 10+ people with only one teller available.

  This is by far the worst Bank of America location I've used. Staff is professional but never staffed correctly, huge bank, multiple services but on multiple occasions it has take 30 minutes to deposit or withdraw funds with a teller, line out the door and a single teller, constantly people leaving because of line

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. This branch is extremely racist and wastes your time. I went in with my grandmother to get a cashiers check. They asked her to verify her identity multiple times because they couldn’t believe that an elderly woman of color was capable of having large sums of money. After verifying her identity multiple times the teller continued to give us a hard time with the transaction. We let her know that we needed a transaction report or statement stating the funds were being removed from the account. Even though we told her that the cashier check stub would not be enough proof for what we needed. At this point we had waisted an hour and were already late for the house closing. I will never come to this branch again. If you are not a white person do not do business here. This branch does not welcome nor treat us, the minority, with respect nor dignity.

  Do NOT go to this location if you were planning on doing something quickly. They are always understaffed and slow. I just waited in line for 15-20 minutes to withdraw cash with 5 people ahead of me and 1 teller. The second teller finally came to the front to help when it was my turn. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue with them when I have gone in there to get something done. I have been with them for 10 years and the service is getting worse....

  Tried several Bank of America locations calling them for two days this is the only one that actually answered their phone and were very extremely helpful thank you Aubrey

  Recently redesigned however. As I walk in with two tellers standing without customers, I am required an appointment for a quick, 7 min notary service. Wish it was more known to book an appointment rather than walk in. No notifications of pending appointment.

  What a horrible experience! I was not greeted as I walked in, it was only one other person in the bank. The tellers saw me standing in line and continued to talk amongst each other. Then when one of the ladies acknowledged me it was hold one moment. Once I stepped to counter I was attacked being told I need to initial a change on a deposit slip, I'm sorry if you can't recognize a 5. She never once opened her mouth to confirm the amount being deposited. I know for a fact I will never go to this location again. Credit Unions are so much better and personable. I only need this account to make transfers. I will use the ATM only going forward. The entire atmosphere was horrible and dry. All bad vibes.

  This bank is the worse bank I have ever had to deal with, I went in to cash a check from my company who banks through them. Then they charge me 8.00 to cash a check from their bank, then make me wait while they call my company to verify that they actually wrote my paycheck then I had to stand in line a 2nd time to get it cashed. Customer service was none. That was my first experience with this bank, and will definitely be my last. I would never open an account through them after the way they handled something as simple as cashing a payroll check from a company who banks through them.
