  So I chose to try this place because the wonderful reviews. Well not so much my experience, the front workers were very nice and pleasant, from what I gather the lady was the owner, yeah her not so much. Will not return to this establishment. Only reason they got 2 stars is the workers were very friendly.

  The staff is very knowledgeable in jewelry and the prices are a fraction of the other stores that overcharge for all the overhead. Kim took the time to explain all my options and helped me understand what was really important. I didn't feel like they were just trying to sell me something I didn't need, they were more concerned that I got what I was really needing. You should definitely check them out. They also have a ton of tools and guitars!

  This is a very respectable pawn shop, hands down the very best pawn shop around!! I am very blessed for the kindness the people working here showed me. They bent over backwards to take care of me and I am forever grateful.

  Went to a local jewelry buyer to sell a ring and thankfully had a poor experience as it had allowed me to find this place. Read some reviews, drove 5 minutes away, was courteously assisted by Kim and walked out with a fair exchange within 15 minutes. Best pawn shop I've been in around the area.

  Went in to browse and found some of the best jewelry prices you can find. MUCH better than any of the jewelry chains, especially on their gold, diamond stud earrings, and mens collection. They have much more of a variety. This pawn shop is its' own hidden gem right in the middle of St. Charles. =)
